Our first and last visit to Ivan the Kozak was a terrible disappointment.The only saving graces were the reasonable prices and funky decor. Better foodcold be found in any Ukrainian home in the north end of Winnipeg. None of the four dishes we ordered in this restaurant could compare to the wonderful Ukrainian food found in Canadian Ukraininan homes. I could still taste the flour. The only thing worse than the food was the unfriendly service. I would not recommend this restauant.
