There are tons of places for dessert in TST, and after our dinner at Ippudo my friend & I made our way to the other side of TST for ice cream.If you look for this place after dinner there’s NO WAY you can miss it. The line up in front of it is HUGE!Lab Made specializes in Liquid Nitrogen Ice Cream which they make fresh to order, but to be honest I don’t find that using liquid nitrogen makes the ice cream more special.They change flavours every month which I guess is a good strategy to keep custo

They change flavours every month which I guess is a good strategy to keep customers coming back. Otherwise I’m sure that the novelty of seeing smoke come out of your ice cream would wear off fairly quickly
I ordered the Almond Roca, which was $44!!!
-If you can tell from the picture the portion was super small! Only a little more than a scoop. It did come with a piece of Almond Roca though..-It didn’t taste like Almond Roca at all – more like stale chocolate ice cream with tiny pieces of brittle and almonds. It also wasn’t particularly creamy or rich.
Very disappointed considering how expensive this was! I highly doubt I’d pay them a visit again unless they come up with some extraordinary crazy new flavour..
