我同男朋友趁住拍拖紀念日黎咗「雪舟」鐵板燒, 我地揀咗雪舟晚餐, 入面有七道菜, 先黎睇下個前菜, 有四種菜色, 賣相幾精緻, 味道偏向清淡, 我本人都幾鍾意。
經理話老闆憑星期一放假,所以晚餐會有八五拆鴨肝表面煎得好脆, 仲好鬼厚, 配埋舊梨一齊食, 完全唔覺得油膩, 正~~~!跟住就到第四道菜南非鮑魚喇, 好大隻呀~~~! 我同男朋友見到都即刻流哂口水! 大厨兩三下功夫, 就燒好呢隻鮑魚喇~~ 食落好嫩, 一咬就咬得開, 配埋個特製醬汁, 好食~等咗咁耐, 主角和牛西冷終於出場喇! 淨係睇見呢舊和牛啲雪花, 都覺得一定會好淋! 不過大家要留意, 而家見到呢舊係二人份量黎~ XD我地叫咗五成熟, 輕輕煎一煎就已經差唔多得喇 可以見到入面仲係粉紅色架! 食落果然夠哂淋, 仲好juicy添~~~!食咗咁多道菜, 其實我都覺得有啲飽, 但係個炒飯又真係炒得唔錯, 幾乾身, 所以我都係忍唔住食咗幾啖, 我男朋友就當然係將成碗KO咗啦!唔好以為每道菜份量好少, 當你食哂之後都真係幾飽, 整體黎講我地都好滿意呢餐, 尤其係鴨肝、飽魚同和牛!

聽朋友講得多韓燒點正點正, 到真真正正去到BBQ 7080，首先入嚟的感覺好舒服, 地方雖然唔算大, 但唔會感覺到迫, 韓國舊式音樂，牆上更掛上韓星海報同手繪畫，再加懷舊裝飾佈置, 用油桶改裝的座椅，掀起椅墊更可以放手袋及衣物, 加上伸縮長煙囪抽油煙設備良好, 這種體貼的感覺, 值得一讚.  聽說在這裡餐廳的員工,都來自韓國, 就是這一點感覺都身處韓國的小店食韓燒一樣. 未點菜前，先來前菜, 包括泡菜, 青瓜及凍豆腐、加上自家製麵豉醬、生蒜、韓國辣椒及麻油醬等… 混和著燒肉一起吃，風味非常地道。 每枱桌上附上的冰凍小麥茶，十分解渴,，餐廳也有供應兩款酒配以不同款式果汁的cocktail 及韓式啤酒.   言歸正傳, 急不及待報導一下今日所選擇的其中美食🏃🏃 豬皮 燒起個樣外表好似牛耳, 但其實係一塊豬皮, 開始先燒背面，然後反轉再燒變金黃色就可以食, 食落口感有別平時的豬皮，煙煙軔軔的感覺，加埋黃豆粉混和一起食口感更感特別.  重點推介 👍👍 牛排骨  牛排骨很軟，帶骨的肉特別，燒完後，每邊帶輕輕的焦香，味度不錯。 不再加調味料已很足夠, 食起黎的感覺最實在, 個種鮮甜感覺再加上少少麻醬, 簡直係食個不停, 十分開胃,因為好多唔新鮮係無牛味. 烤特級雪花牛肉 這些雪花真的很吸引呢，帶著雪花，脂肪比例剛好一半一半分佈很平均, 入口便有油脂，有油脂的肉特別軟, 全部沒經過醃製，吃時只須要加上烤肉醬汁，非常滿足。😋😋 烤帶子 帶子加上醬汁，未燒賣相已經相當吸引，一路燒醬汁香味滲透出黎，加上少少檸檬汁感覺好好. 比起平時食刺身感覺不一樣.必食推介 👍👍 豬頸肉 肉質夠厚而且肉汁又特別多, 外脆內軟的感覺相比起平時所食的泰式豬頸肉有所不同. 牛舌 牛脷是我的摰愛, 切得好薄，烤了一會便可以食用, 肉質鬆化爽口加上少少麻醬口感更佳. 烤豬腸 初初入喉唔係好辣, 但個種辣味慢慢滲透入我喉嚨的豬腸, 雖然我唔係食得好辣, 但係又好想食.   整體服務同食物質素都相當新鮮良好！由於時間有限, 不可能一一盡試, 下次去一定要試”烤什錦海鮮”同”韓式烤鰻魚”但建議最好4-6人一起可以嘗試更多美食。

係旺角買完嘢只係想去間好坐啲嘅餐廳食晚飯，行過幾間餐廳都係好多人嘅又坐到好逼咁，一路係女人街附近行，最後轉入女人街見到間拉麵店，新裝修咁，入到去冷氣超涼，好爽因為出面真係好鬼熱。個拉麵餐牌幾有趣，啲配料同一般嘅拉麵店有啲唔同，我揀左個有珍寶刺身帶子嘅，拉麵有帶子刺身真係第一次試。
拉麵嘅湯係菠菜汁豚骨湯，湯底仲有啲菠菜搾，味道濃郁，除左一般嘅叉燒同半熟玉子外，最創新嘅係有黑魚籽同珍寶刺身帶子，黑魚籽我一大口食哂，冇撈落啲湯到，黑魚籽好正，因為一大口食咁多黑魚籽都係第一次，並且黑魚籽味到好香濃，再黎三大片帶子刺身，鮮味特出，同新鮮嘅菠菜汁食由令一食法，唔洗豉油芥末都一樣好味，最後連啲湯都飲哂添呀，食完好飽好滿足，！

everyone dies for cheese, and i am just the same. I love making this easy grilled ham and cheese sandwich but i also enjoy having it at some chill out places. it is is a comfort-food classic. the edges of the bread is extra crispy, ham is placed in between cheese and the bread so the juices from ham is hard to escape, cheese are layered on top MELTING, make it extremely savoury, with every bite i take, the warm juices from cheese and ham trickle down my hand, there is defo nothing to complain about.
and ofcuz it was eaten with fries and beer ;)

朋友成日話川婆婆啲辣好正，一定需要試，嗰日行街終於試到啦，當然我地係叫辣魚蛋啦，碗魚蛋廿蚊有十二粒都幾低食，其中有幾粒魚蛋係超級深色咖，我地估一定係煮左好長嘅時間，麻辣好濃，啲味係即時味到架，空氣裡瀰漫嘅辣嗆味係會令人打噴嚏，真係香氣十足！粒魚蛋就麻辣爽口，十足四川風味，食完第一粒開始個口好辣，不過又真係辣得好好味，食完成身係熱咖，冬天食暖暖身子仲正呀

I first tried it almost a year ago at another bakery. And to say that I was underwhelmed would be a gross understatement. After all of the buzz that red velvet had been receiving, I was expecting to be blown away. What I ate was pretty dry and tasteless BUT this seriously have me converted. it was fluffy, moist, with a hint of chocolate, and was all kinds of delicious. it was simply magical, tht frosting was the best part, it was smooth, rich and creamy with a hint of vanilla. so classicmy friend had this strawberry one, look and tastes just as good 

Egyptian Mezze Platter
this platter was recommended by the waitor as he said it has a bit of everything and it is good to share between 4-5 people. without a doubt, we all love it, especially those hummus, all tasted every different, great with bread. my personal second fave is the lamb kefta, it was so yum.Seafood Tagine
it smelled unbelievably good, i couldnt help but eat it right away. Fish, clams, prawns, onions, tomatoes and roasted peppers were all layered in this classic tagine with tomato soup base. the flavours were stunning, the sweetness of seafoods combined with the soup base, it was good just to have the soup with bread. on top of that, seafoods were all very fresh, big portion too, very impressive.this seafood rice, i forgot the name of it but it was just as amazing as the two above, seafoods were fresh and tasty, the sauce combined everything together. It was beautifully creamy but the tang of the tomato sauce complemented the seafood very nicely, heavenly tasty.

Eggs Benedict is an American breakfast dish that consists of English muffin, topped with ham or bacon, well in this case salmon, poached eggs, and Hollandaise sauce. it seems such a standard recipe but somehow every restaurant deliver this dish to its customers differently. There’s nothing more classic for brunch than Eggs Benedict on a sat afternoon. the muffin is alright, could of been slightly bigger and thicker tho, smoked salmon and poached egg are both good, but the most important thing is made wrong, hollandaise sauce that is not sour and salty at all, its too creamy and without the most important soury taste, one thing i like the most about hollandaise sauce is that it opens my appertise, sorry but this doesnt do that.coffee is avergae

就咁睇張相都知道碗麵正啦，真係好濃味，我叫左雞翼，豬紅同紫菜米粉當然唔小得需要加辣啦，啲辣真係好正，其實望落去都唔係加左好多，但係真係成碗麵都唔同哂，又辣又香。豬紅好深色而且顏色潤澤，食落帶小小甘，雞翼好林，好入味，咬落啲肉好容易地就同骨分開，超正！紫菜好多，同啲米粉一齊食，又一新食法。

一去到坐底，店員送上來免費鵝肝多士，驚喜。之後我地兩個就瘋狂落單，先寫一大盆嘅刺身先，唔好等啦，其實基本上每樣刺身都有order，每款十至二十件，張單俾左侍應唔洗兩分鐘就出現係我地面前，非常高效率，全部刺身嘅顏色都十分鮮色閃耀，最先覺得帶子似乎過份細粒咖，不過食落又幾甜喎，食完一粒又一粒，夏天食刺身真係好正，成盆刺身最欣賞就係帶子，油甘魚同三文魚。油甘魚同三文魚十分新鮮，肥美，厚切，超正。食完呢盆其實都已經七成飽啦。最後仲有一樣，就係呢度有燒菠蘿食，菠蘿燒都外面熱熱嘅，裡面就林哂，小小暖咁，好正呀！！
