路經此地,見到午市時間等候的人龍也不少,貪吃的我們都乖乖等候一番,天氣又轉凍的關系,水煮是我們是次的目的。一想起那種又麻又辣的感覺,頓時覺得暖和許多。但看見水煮牛肉的實物後,心情受到很大的打擊。明擺是白水煮肉,再淋上醬汁,肉毫無味道可言,辣味只是一般的辣,更無麻味,不是一般越吃越過癮的滋味,是近年吃過最差的水煮。這裡的上海菜飯不需要額外加錢,而且飯里加入了薑粒,入口多了一份薑的辛辣,味道十分討好。香酥豬扒加入了大量炸蒜粒,味道很香,略嫌豬扒炸的過火,變得乾身而且很硬。總括來說,味道只是一般,對於男士來說,份量偏少,價格不成正比,淺嚐一次就好。午餐還是要選擇一些價廉物美的餐廳。 continue reading

難得今天早了15分鐘到達上環,有時間走遠一點吃個早餐。這餐廳的裝修都以中式為主,一大早的人流卻不少。早餐價格在$22-$34不等,選擇都比較多。薑絲豬膶通粉 - $30見到有這款經典早餐,當然要試試。可惜...差!豬膶太厚,煮得太久,很硬很實,還有一點苦澀味,就算再多的薑絲也辟不走那不新鮮的味道。早餐加$2就可以把多士換成牛角包,非常鬆軟,很重的牛油香味。炒蛋很滑可惜沒有蛋香味,午餐肉稍微煎香,好吃。早上喝杯凍奶茶是每天的習慣,這次的凍奶茶實在令人失望。沒有茶味,沒有奶味,失敗!眼見餐牌的午餐都算吸引,希望下次光顧午餐的時候不會再失望。 continue reading

購買了團購,試一試重慶雞煲,本沒有抱什麼希望,但這反倒有少許驚喜!前菜 - 拍青瓜不太入味,木耳、豆角還OK,三樣基本調味是一樣的,帶有少許麻、甜辣味雞煲 - 叫了大辣,味道很惹味,夠麻夠辣,味道濃,所以有點鹹~服務不錯,母親喜歡吃木耳,問了男服務生能否添食,也許是晚市剛開始,人客不多,服務生說看看廚房還有沒有,然後就拿了一碗來了~~~吃完雞,添了豬骨湯底的湯頭,色澤挺濃,算是不錯,上菜快,5-10分鐘內就到齊了,丸類麻麻,烏冬應該真是是讚歧烏冬,凍住一餅上,彈牙!吃的下都想叫多一份呢~~ 肥牛都OK,水餃雲吞就麻麻了~~但整體其實都OK呀,雞煲味道令我們回味~~  continue reading

中環食店不多又擠迫,午餐大多數和同事走到上環食。一路以來經過老地方都沒有光顧,這天心血來潮試試,水準不錯啊。 午餐有很多套餐選擇,約 50 多元,格位可以接受。當天我叫了水煮魚加酸辣麵。先來酸辣麵,一點也不辣,酸味很醒神,可以喝羆整個湯。麵量多,硬身有咬感。水煮魚一看湯底便知辣。很喜歡加入奄西吊味。魚塊切得剛好可一口食下,魚塊算林身易入口,麻辣湯底吃得大汗,配上豆芽則有點清新感。 continue reading

唔記得邊個朋友話食過一個地方嘅雞煲好食,咁啱就見到佢有團購,問大家食唔食, 聽到好食呢個字,梗係即刻舉手叫好啦,而且終於約齊人出發。因為團購嘅關係,要預先book枱,佢得兩個時間你選擇,六點 or八點九。 大家都要返工返學,而笨妹收工碌到出上環已經六點半,所以順利成章揀八點九。成班朋友好得閒咁由六點幾開始行街行到八點,唔知係咪年紀開始大,一齊嗌攰話要早啲去等位坐下門口,點知一行到過去,間舖四分一都坐唔滿,唯一嗰張大枱仲要係普通話台。少人到咁嘅地步,笨妹心入面真係彈咗句「中伏!」老實講,唔係話咩嘢,如果個地方真係好食,個地方再遠,條龍再長,天氣再熱,香港人一定會陪你去排隊,但係做埋團購都咁少客,明晒!坐低,揀雞煲辣度,等咗陣就已經有得食,唔係話咩嘢,個雞煲係咪真係好好食?我只可以話個味道係特別,同平時食嘅雞煲味道有啲唔同,但係好唔好食就見仁見智,要講得具體啲,就係重慶雞煲好食過佢。(重慶都好耐無食,唔知有無變差)平心而論,老地坊執料,真係跟人頭執,幾多人就俾幾多,唔似有啲舖咁,咩都亂執,五個人俾兩粒丸你,唔通要一人咬一啖咁sweet?另外值得一講嘅,係佢哋擺盤嘅心思。隔離枱叫咗金菇,佢哋會將個金菇擺到成粒海膽咁嘅樣,好盞鬼。另外,佢啲肥牛會卷到成朵花咁, 如果咁樣你點咗丸,佢仲會拎粒丸做花冧。而冬瓜,仲要印成一隻隻蝴蝶咁俾你。就係因為咁俾心機做擺盤,所以等餸都等得特別耐。不過……我寧願你唔擺囉!唔知師傅係咪識得少林功夫,暗藏黯然銷魂掌絕技,塊變咗玫瑰嘅肥牛,竟然呈灰灰哋色,大佬,真係睇見都唔開胃,點解個樣新鮮到出曬位嘅餸,都可以拎出嚟俾人食。不過,樓面嘅哥哥姐姐服務幾好,但係啲嘢唔得,啲服務好到曉飛都一樣。 continue reading
