Great local spot that's not too far from Sheung Shui train station ~Their steamed rice meals are the way to go, the squid meat loaf was moist and scrumptious - with the sour veg on top providing just the right amount of acidity and sweetness to cut through. The drink's bar deserves extra praise as well, probably some of the best 鴛鴦 mixed in Hong Kong.Dimsum was great, although the chicken feet were slightly pricier than average.The char siu soup pasta could afford to be more rich, however.Overall, definitely would stop by again for their steamed rice meals! continue reading

九里香茶餐廳位於上水新成路，非常易找，這間算是比較舊式的茶樓，店內食客都經常爆滿，他們的中頭飯也很出色，有很多款式選擇；包括鳳爪骨飯、蒸雞飯、章魚肉餅飯等等...，今天我和個同事各叫了一盅鳳爪排骨飯和一盅北菇蒸雞飯。「鳳爪排骨飯」$35回到公司吃的時候仍然能保持到個熱度，份量算多，另有酸菜送，鳳爪有一隻很入味，排骨也很多夠淋，飯質很好不會太淋有口感，極力推薦。「北菇蒸雞飯」$35份量同樣大合盒，那些蒸雞很多也很滑，飯質有口感不會太淋，冬菇很有冬菇味，也是推薦之一。 continue reading
