屋企人生日,又有藉口追星。不過實在比米芝蓮2星推到期望太高,有啲覺得不外如是。 今次嚟食午市,呢間中菜廳喺酒店嘅102樓,用落地大玻璃做窗,天氣好都幾靚,不過就算天氣唔好有啲自然光都幾舒服。裝修有中華風但又至於超傳統,環境非常唔錯。 我哋叫點心為主,好幾款都係推介菜式。但食完真係比唔出咩食評,只係可以講唔錯,但冇乜亮點,轉個頭就已經唔記得係咩味。 唯獨炸釀鮮蟹蓋真係值星星,侍應介紹係用咗阿拉斯加蟹同埋越南肉蟹拆肉,蟹肉份量非常非常多,亦都爽口鮮甜,加少少喼汁提味更加正👍🏻😋 另外蜜燒西班牙黑豚肉叉燒都唔錯,唔算好肥但肉好腍,有肉汁,調味亦適中 酥皮蛋撻係最失望,50幾蚊一個,但酥皮同餡都冇任何特別,外面啲餅店有更加多又平又好食嘅選擇!☹️ 有一點唔係好關間餐廳事,但都間接令到我哋食得冇咁enjoy,就係佢好多招牌菜都係煎炸焗類熱氣嘢,食食下就覺得滯,大家叫嘢食可以留意下 最後講埋米芝蓮都好重視嘅服務,都係合格但冇亮點,要做嘅嘢大致做足,但有時加茶都頗慢。結論:呢間中菜廳以星級奢華定位嚟講,各方面都有好多進步空間🤨*****多quota評價:😐Quota正常用(🤮<☹️<😐<😋<🤤) continue reading

天龍軒一家位置於香港環球貿易廣場(ICC)102樓The Ritz-Carlton之中,全球最高中菜廳,連續11年榮獲香港米芝蓮二星餐廳,菜式精緻高品質服務。餐廳室內裝潢風格典雅,營造出舒適用餐環境👍🏻當中桂花蜜汁叉燒為經典菜式招牌菜之一,明爐燒烤肥瘦適中,其肉質嫩滑肉汁豐富,配上蜜汁獨特香氣微微焦香,油脂回甘,讚!另外一道聞名菜式中東吉品鮑魚酥亦相當吸引,小巧玲瓏造型別緻,鮑魚軟腍,加上酥皮與鵝肉碎,入口味道變得更香更濃,配上側旁鮑魚汁會更加鮮味。除菜式優秀外,天龍軒服務亦是一大亮點。當天是我的朋友生日,另外再點了兩個壽桃包,餐廳特別準備蠟燭與朱古力生日牌並寫上朋友的名字,配上美點雙輝令朋友大為驚喜。同時,安排了能夠俯瞰整個維多利亞港的用餐位置,景色讓人用饍時候更為愜意,提供了一個滿是喜悅的餐飲體驗! continue reading

服務質量確實一般,不僅僅是因為等待時間長。當您進入餐廳時,似乎沒有員工注意到您的到來。您坐了十分鐘,期間沒有服務員來問候或提供菜單,更不用說詢問您想喝什麼茶了。這種缺乏基本禮節和效率的表現,讓人感到不受歡迎,也影響了整體的用餐體驗。點心的上菜方式也顯得相當混亂。四五道點心幾乎同時被送上桌,這不僅讓人感到困惑,也因為點心放置時間過長而變冷,這直接影響了食物的味道和質量。理想的情況應該是逐一上菜,確保每道點心都能在最佳狀態下享用。此外,桌面清潔似乎也被忽略了。食物碎屑四處可見,即使在點了甜品並更換了餐具後,服務員也沒有清理桌面,只是在碎屑覆蓋的桌布上隨意放置新的餐具。這種疏忽大意的態度,讓人質疑餐廳的衛生標準。總的來說,這次的用餐經歷讓人失望。今季的菜單缺乏創新,點心也沒有任何特色,無法吸引顧客再次光臨。希望餐廳能夠改進服務,提升食物質量,以便為顧客提供更加愉快的用餐體驗。 continue reading
