間店唔係關閉左,只不過係搬左去樂富熟食街市裹面,上星期六一同八人去左食飯,但d餸菜就真係麻麻,叫左3個煲仔飯(煲仔就大,但飯同料就甚少),味道都唔好食,跟著叫左生炒骨(ok啦)、金銀蛋莧菜(d蛋散收收水niu niu)、沙窩魚頭煲(唔夠熱,所以整到煲野杰撻撻)、腰果炒肉丁(d腰果一d都唔脆)、白飯等啦,一句講晒 "差",一定唔會再去食。 continue reading

幫襯了這間大排檔都有三年,無他,因為樂富實在沒有甚麼好地方可讓一大班人吃飯聚腳。菜色是一貫的小菜呀、煲呀、鹵水呀,冬天也有打邊爐。通常也會叫青檸雞,全因它炸得夠脆,而且青檸汁能提升食慾,份量都不少,通常一來到不久便被處理掉。而鹵水拼盤一般,始終不夠九龍城打冷店的好吃。魚香茄子煲則不夠入味,感覺是趕著上桌一樣。另一特點是幾便宜。不知道還會營業到幾時呢?聽說領匯會收鋪呢... continue reading

昨天晚上七點多去到,已經有八成full,都幾旺三人行叫左:鼓椒牛河($23)--份量足,即炒夠鑊氣,正!窩蛋牛肉煲仔飯($35)--好多,不過煮得有少少過火,飯焦變得很有焦味,整體來說都ok;鹵水拼盤($40)--有墨魚,鵝腸,大腸,柏葉,豆腐,紅腸,幾好食;炸大腸($40)--份量等於外面的一倍,唔錯,但係油多了一點;黑椒牛仔骨($45)--又係大大碟,牛仔骨肉厚亦都唔係好肥又夠嫩,很好;油泡鱔片($45)--上檯時只係暖暖地,味道其實都唔差,只係好似唔係即做覺得比較差總括來說都算唔錯,尤其樂富黎講冇咩選擇 continue reading

2/12(日) 6:45pm與艱巨的assignment搏鬥一整天,吊頸也得抖氣!相約男友到樂富正值優惠日的吉之島掃貨.為避開那駭人的人潮,還是先果腹為上策!重遊舊地-聯合興.未到7時,場面已滿墟冚!被迫跟他人同桌.是次點了數款小菜:豉汁大鱔煲仔飯$35,粉絲蟹煲$50,雞油豆苗$30.豉汁大鱔煲仔飯--飯焦足,飯粒極有咬口,份量其多;遺憾地鱔肉並不屬肥美,口感還可!搭桌的中廚傳授了萿豉油的秘技-不用開蓋,沿蓋邊倒入豉油令其由煲邊滲入飯粒中;吃落像是惹味點!粉絲蟹煲--質地平庸卻鮮味的花蟹被鹹味十足的汪洋大海(芡汁)浸淫著,粉絲鹹得不能入口,入口不糊口才怪!沙嗲香全給鹹味蓋過,失香至極!雞油豆苗--應說是雞湯浸豆苗;份量足見慷慨!唯帶點點草青味,豆苗入口稍粗糙.細問之下,原來是晚充當大廚是替工一名,真相雖大白,但驚見那開放式嗱咋廚房,蔬菜僅放置於走廊中等令人不安的畫面,不好意思,要把你遺棄了! continue reading

天氣開始凍, 鈬 無冷氣鮋 熟食中心食大排檔, 價格相宜, 碟碟都係三四十蚊, 所以可以盡情叫№ 食, 結果叫到一枱 野食, 又叫飯又叫野飲, 每人都係$50左右.good - 椒鹽豆腐,蒜蓉白菜,咕嚕肉, 都係好夠鑊氣, 風味一流, 即叫即炒, 味道又好. 椒鹽好香, 皮脆豆腐滑.ok - 滷水鵝, 黑椒牛仔骨, 什菜煲, 中規中矩.差鰦 d - 炒蟶子, 羊腩煲, 炒蟶子, 多沙多殼. 羊腩煲, 好肥, 味道麻麻, 又唔肯加生菜底. 呢d都應該係大排檔招牌菜鈬 , 但味道咁樣, 就有d失望lor. continue reading
