We went to TST to fix some documentation. Then, we went to K11 for breakfast. We got blueberries cheesecake, chocolate cake, 麻糬, hot latte, and iced latte. I have no ground to believe that the blueberries cheesecake and the chocolate cake was made in the early morning. So, these two pieces of cakes are last night's unsold item. But it taste nothing bad and is totally acceptable. [My opinion on cheesecake is that it is a good idea to have a baked cheesecake chilled for over 6 hours or overnight before being served.] The 麻糬 had great texture and shape although it didn't taste well. Those two latte were 淡味咖啡 as we expected. There is no reason to expect good coffee in a bakery. So, no big deal.
