有朋友想搵好野食,於是下午時間去左九龍城。去到店面,真係好靚。店面每個佈置都好比心機,好有品味同格調,加上下午冇咁多人,可以好好享受寧靜既時光…叫左一個笑甜甜早晨全餐,放得好精緻。煎蛋睇落好得意,我同朋友都食得好開心。成個全餐好多野,整到好似好多野食咁,可以慢慢食。煎雞蛋係布甸同芒果粒整成,食落布甸好滑好好味。窩夫脆脆地,加埋d 蜜糖sweet 到爆。strawberry 夠清新,配埋雪糕一流。下午時間有個咁既環境,可以享受下寧靜下午真心正。有機會再黎試試...P.S. 呢到仲有手機充電服務,真係超周到! continue reading

今日特意駕駛入九龍城食甜品,便見到笑甜甜這間舖餐牌十分特別,有3個甜品都是模仿一些食物這個炸雞啤酒並非炸雞啤酒炸雞是脆脆包著餅乾,還有棉花糖扮作雞骨而啤酒是蘋果味啫喱,並以果醬扮茄汁,十分創意甜度亦適中,美味可口。睇得又食得第二是這個醒神全餐以鮮奶布甸扮作蛋白,芒果汁扮作蛋黃還有大大塊的窩夫,十分豐富的「早餐」而朋友卻叫了其他甜品大家都吃得滋味,而且每件甜品的份量也十分大十分抵吃!值得一試啊! continue reading

在一片繁華的香港中,都市人的生活也是繁忙,平時在家食個快捷的早餐,連忙趕著上學、上班,早餐方面除了中式的白粥、粉麵,也會偶然食番個煎蛋火腿、腸仔、煙肉、多士等等....平時所食的鹹點早餐如換上甜食的話,你又會覺得好有創意嗎? 今天我也特意到來位於九龍城南角道的「笑甜甜」,來品嚐一份鬼馬的笑甜甜早晨全餐,內裡有(分子太陽蛋、雪糕、蜜糖、雜莓、窩夫),價錢是$78。 這份早餐大玩創意設計,用了兩粒又圓又Q彈的芒果流心模仿太陽蛋的蛋黃,蛋白部份其實是意式奶凍(panna cotta),用了一個平底鑊盛裝兩隻太陽蛋,模仿度真是好高又有趣。嫩滑的panna cotta 好有奶香,輕輕用刀切開蛋黃,蛋黃也好澎湃地爆出,與蛋白一齊舀起,我也以為自己正在食緊隻煎蛋,芒草流心也散發清甜又香的芒果味,與奶凍共食,吃起來微酸中帶點滑口的奶香,讓人愛不釋口。 窩夫一共有半份,而且是即叫即做,熱辣辣又外脆內軟,窩夫再襯以甘甜醇香的蜜糖及奶味濃郁的雲呢拿雪糕,冷熱交接時在口腔中互相流動,吃起來細膩香滑,甜而不膩,那窩夫富有蛋香,有外脆內軟的質感,最後再吃伴碟草莓及藍莓,都好新鮮,清下口甜味都是不錯。 創意的甜品令人眼前一亮,好特別,甜品的品質都不錯,不會太甜,都不錯。 continue reading

因最近親友們都很關心小女的病況, 所以攝一攝寫咗篇blog講解她的病情, 手術後休息一天, 小女已經回復精神, 看見她繼續精靈活潑, 甜甜笑的笑容再現, 我也舒一口氣, 寫番篇"笑甜甜"甜品輕鬆下.再上篇提及因為九龍城Oystermine沒有甜品的關係,令CEO覺得整頓飯不夠完整,於是食完Oystermine,再行過兩間舖的笑甜甜吃甜品。笑甜甜的甜品種類都算多,我們選了最吸睛的兩款:睇清楚唔係拉麵,而係栗子茸嚟㗎!味道唔算好食,勝在賣相夠哂吸引。個湯係果凍,同個puff都ok,整體嚟講味道一般,不過都算幾得意。這份"煎雙蛋早餐"叫給我家小姐的,煎雙蛋其實是兩位芒果加奶凍,幾好味喎,雪糕配waffle加士多啤梨粒,waffle夠香脆,比我那份"拉麵"好吃。唔喜歡甜品但又要做陪食一族嘅,都可以叫杯飲品飲吓:傳統的甜品,如杏仁茶也有,都幾香濃幼滑:新式的、傳統的、陪食一族飲杯嘢的也照顧到,終於由唔完整變得好完滿。 continue reading
