很早就想來，但是看週末都close，選了weekday的週四晚上來。剛好店裡人很少。綠植特別棒！店主的作品很美。炸雞翅超級好吃！雞尾酒真的值得嘗試。酒瓶的陳設，讓人感覺，珍惜物品的地方比起用後即丟棄的快餐廳，真的很溫柔。

This place is so beautiful and easy to find. It only takes 5 minutes walk from Central station. The food is really great! We ordered chicken wings and Chips with Salsa sauce. The spaghetti is also good. Even though we have not ordered many food, the portion of food was enough for our dinner. The lime beverage is really fresh and sweet. The Colette’s has a luxuriousatmosphere. Since I’m from Korea, I’d like to visit here again with my boyfriend in the future when we travel to Hong Kong together. To be honest, green curry is not my cup of tea, but my friends really love it. The food was fresh and delicious overall. There is also a balcony where you can eat with natural scenery.

之前有經過Fringe club都無發現原來入邊有餐廳，覺得幾適合俾行完展覽嘅人入去食飯同休息下。地方寬敞舒服，啲裝修又幾靚，仲有啲陽台位可以坐，夜晚或者等天氣無咁熱嗰陣坐嗰到食應該都幾有氣氛 今次係晏晝時段去，見到係食vegetarian buffet，本身個人無話特別鍾意食蔬菜，所以都無抱好大期望，但食落又發現幾唔錯喎！啲燉菜唔會話淡茂茂，沙律生果又新鮮多選擇，仲有蔬菜湯都好飲。除咗哩啲之外仲要讚下啲麵包同蛋糕出乎意料地好食，麵包同芝士有好多款任揀，麵包脆卜卜，蛋糕又軟熟好味，唔覺意食咗好多塊。另外仲有個bar檯喺側邊可以嗌嘢飲 成餐飯食得好放鬆舒服，素食健康得嚟又好味，經過不妨試下

睇餐牌晚餐時段主要係以小食同drinks為主反而主食得2樣 意粉同青咖哩飯但意外地發現青咖哩飯都幾好食 甜度岩岩好 雞又煮得夠嫩 配飯一流👍🏻聽講因為廚師係泰國人小食就普普通通 淨係試左雞翼同墨西哥薯片仲有試左柚子梅酒 好易入口👍🏻至於環境就幾舒服 燈光幾有情調出面仲有個balcony 望到街景同會督府枱櫈幾岩影相😍

附近睇完展覽覺得肚餓就一於入去食，冷氣好涼，夏天熱辣辣入去真係好爽，或者都有戶外位任你揀。食午餐，入面係buffet形式嘅，仲有個bar係隔離嗌嘢飲，食嗰日係亞洲菜色，不過都有好多款麵包呀蛋糕同沙律揀，齋麵包都已經有四、五款，然後搽麵包又有四種可以揀，有兩款芝士又有蒜蓉牛油同Cream Cheese，比起其他得普通牛油嘅buffet真係好有心。講翻主菜，我都係事後睇翻先知係素食buffet，我依啲平時唔係食開素嘅覺得好健康，但係又唔會好似印象中嘅素食餐廳咁無聊，好驚喜，真係唔好因為見倒係素食就卻步，一定要入去試試。全餐飯我最鍾意佢個奶油燉菜，奶油嘅味道啱啱好，好順口一個唔小心就食左幾轉，而且全部餸都熱辣辣，見住佢一兜清曬另一兜即刻上。環境都好舒服好乾淨，有景睇，入面又有唔少畫同自製嘅裝飾，食飽之後同朋友坐左陣吹下水影下靚相。總括成個經歷都係開心嘅，以後經過中環會再去。
