To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 以前親戚係澳洲返嚟成日話澳洲呢間飲茶好飲,但係香港我都無試過呢間唔知係咪都好似親戚所講咁好食。叫咗燒賣、蝦餃、叉燒包、煎腸粉同奶皇包。女女最鍾意奶皇包,包皮鬆軟,餡又唔太甜。蝦餃皮薄餡靚,蝦肉爽彈;燒賣都大大粒肉質都好厚實。最驚喜係煎腸粉,香口唔油。地方唔大但枱與枱之間算闊,職員有幫手安排BB車位置👍,感覺幾細心。落單後15分鐘左右全部點心上齊,唔使等太耐,小朋友唔會不耐煩。價錢合理,埋單二百左右兩大一細都夠飽。最緊要係乾淨企理,小朋友食得安心。下次會再帶阿女嚟試埋佢啲甜品。👩👧🥟
