To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 前幾日黑雨落左後,落去奧運添好運同bestie 飲個茶先🫖其實我都隔左好一排冇去添好運食點心一到步先叫個茶,揀左特色熱茶嘅「瑰荔堂煌」,我都係對花香+荔枝類字眼冇抵抗力不過聞落又真係有玫瑰清香,飲落有點果香,而因為佢係紅茶底,所以越沖越偏濃少少,但我鐘意🤡當晚仲叫左:酥皮焗叉燒包。添好運招牌食物,酥皮酥脆如菠蘿包,內餡叉燒肥瘦適中,咬嘅時候都真係要小心,因為咬個下會很燙,但包點熱辣辣先夠好食~甜鹹交織,比傳統蒸叉燒包更添層次口感!洛神花米網紅米蝦腸。洛神花染出粉紅米皮都幾靚,酥脆金網裹著彈牙蝦肉,酸甜果香平衡鮮味,入口先是酥脆繼而鮮嫩,都色香味俱全嘅蜜味叉燒腸(正常發揮)香煎蘿蔔糕(正常發揮)蛋白蝦春卷(正常發揮)鮮蝦燒賣皇(正常發揮)整體而言,除咗食物味道ok,好欣賞這店嘅上菜速度,都真係黎得好快手🤣🤣唔怕餓親 continue reading

以前親戚係澳洲返嚟成日話澳洲呢間飲茶好飲,但係香港我都無試過呢間唔知係咪都好似親戚所講咁好食。叫咗燒賣、蝦餃、叉燒包、煎腸粉同奶皇包。女女最鍾意奶皇包,包皮鬆軟,餡又唔太甜。蝦餃皮薄餡靚,蝦肉爽彈;燒賣都大大粒肉質都好厚實。最驚喜係煎腸粉,香口唔油。地方唔大但枱與枱之間算闊,職員有幫手安排BB車位置👍,感覺幾細心。落單後15分鐘左右全部點心上齊,唔使等太耐,小朋友唔會不耐煩。價錢合理,埋單二百左右兩大一細都夠飽。最緊要係乾淨企理,小朋友食得安心。下次會再帶阿女嚟試埋佢啲甜品。👩‍👧🥟 continue reading
