今日同班朋友係灣仔打完波, 收到呀媽電話, 叫我買嘢加料, 第一時間緊係去灣仔街市行一行, 就諗起買番隻手撕雞同雞腎雞腳番屋企歎, 行到檔手撕雞見到通告話搬咗!好彩佢哋貼咗新舖地址通告, 就跟住去搵 ; 佢哋依家係灣仔市政街市側邊, 季季紅斜對面, 話係交加街33號慧蘭閣3號舖, 由佢哋舊舖左轉交加街(向灣仔道方向行) 佢哋新舖就係右邊街頭 (市政街市側, 季季紅斜對面) 都幾易搵 見到又有幾人排隊, 即刻跟住排, 等咗10分鐘就買到番去歎D味道依然保持水準, 雞肉雞皮撕開, 有肉有骨, 雞肉 好juicy, 味道好正, 呀媽鍾意辣, 雞腎雞腳就撈咗麻辣, 呀媽勁like, 大家超滿足 !! continue reading

三月下旬,話說有一日二姨丈同小肥一邊行灣仔街市,一邊講食經 ;傾談中姨丈問小肥有冇試過街市附近一間好出名o既手撕雞。XO仔聽都未聽過灣仔有間外賣手撕雞專門店 ,於是乎就如實回答,點知姨丈二話不說就立刻帶咗我去石水渠街「厚興瑜記手撕雞」個舖位,叫我搵日一定要買返隻返屋企試吓。四月五日,機會終於黎啦,因為嫲嫲黎屋企食飯,所以大肥爸爸就叫細佬早少少落街斬料,加餸食飯。小肥下午一點鐘去買,舖頭門外一個人都冇,見入面個肥哥哥唔係太忙就同佢傾咗兩句。據知,佢地舖頭每日下午四點到八點最多人幫襯,如果唔想排隊,就建議大家四點前去,不過當然係越早越好啦!得知小弟第一次食「厚興瑜記手撕雞」,肥哥哥仲好心到教小肥返到屋企要第一時間放盒雞入雪櫃,免得變壞,只要飯前攞出黎攤半個鐘頭後,食用時味道就會最佳,真係好人到極 !「厚興瑜記手撕雞」舖位唔大,入面只有兩位工作人員,一個負責手撕雞肉,一個負責接單及調味。肥哥哥為後者,佢接單後就會喺雪櫃入面取出每盒已手撕好o既雞肉或雞雜,然後喺客人面前加入調味品撈起,整個過程約五分鐘,效率頗高!(如果哥哥仔帶埋手套黎手撕雞肉,個人絕對係會加翻分衛生分。) 正宗手撕雞($85/隻;$44/半隻):手撕雞每半隻一盒,打開個盒已經聞到陣麻油香,每盒底層都有一隻連骨o既雞髀同雞翼。盒內其餘o既雞肉不僅去哂骨,而且仲去哂肥,就連雞皮都去埋毛 ,健康得黎最啱小肥依啲懶人食 !攤咗半個鐘頭o既手撕雞肉一啲都唔凍唔硬,咬落仲幾香嫩軟熟添,媽咪同姨媽對個味道都好滿意,二姨丈果然冇介紹錯! 雞腎加豬耳仔雙拼($32/盒):豬耳仔切得好夠薄,雞腎亦唔會太厚,兩款質感同樣爽脆,個味道同手撕雞嗰個無異,非常香口野味!大肥話齋,一邊睇波,一邊送酒,簡直一流呀 !$85可以買到隻無骨、無肥、無毛o既手撕雞,香口野味,「厚興瑜記手撕雞」深受家中媽咪同樓下姨媽歡迎,因為慳返佢地好多煮餸時間 !以半隻雞加少少雞雜為晚飯加餸,一百蚊有找,最重要係能夠令家中女皇龍顏大開 ,肥肥家族各成員都覺得「厚興瑜記手撕雞」超抵食,大家食飯如果要加料亦不妨考慮一試! continue reading

Felt like having some chicken so came here because the ET chicken nearby was open but there was no one there to serve you.It costs $44 for half a chicken.When you order, the chicken is mixed infront of you.★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★Shredded chicken:They do not sell rice at this shop so I bought some rice from the roast shop a few doors away for $10.Beneath the chicken, it is mainly bones.The chicken tasted saltier compared to my first visit.There was a strong taste of Chinese chicken salt (Wah yim).★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★ continue reading

我認,我很OUT!我在今個月,才第一次光顧近期大熱,已經連開多間分店的厚興瑜記。一到師奶買餸時間,每間厚興瑜記的門外,總會大排長龍,非常之誇張,不過以大約$40,便可買走半隻手撕雞,的確是無敵。所有雞肉由中山直接運送過來,店員不斷用手將雞肉撕成一絲絲,再混合些麻油,便放入盒。雞肉連著雞皮,還有點點肥膏,雞皮有彈性,更沾滿麻油香,非常惹味,而雞肉雖然成一絲絲,但沒有粗糙感,很嫩滑的。不過,可能是加了沙薑,所以雞肉吃下去,還是有點鹹,我是重口味之友,在雪櫃拿罐啤酒,一邊喝一邊啜著雞腳,很不爽說。一下子吃不完,剩下的雞肉待用,下一餐用手撕雞,再加點點醬油膏來作撈飯,一於用得其所,如果不是帶點麻油香兼連著雞皮的話,我會呃你這個是自家製的嘉義火雞飯,哈哈。 continue reading

朋友提過這間神奇的雞店,由中山市發蹟打入香港短短時間已經開了20間連鎖店。我在晚上7時來到要排隊10分鐘才能買到。雞是有點雞味但醬汁味更濃,可以說有點偏鹹(對於像我老婆大人的OL來說就不喜歡了)以整體來說雞皮與雞骨比例太多,雞肉感覺在比例上看似少了一點。現在年紀大雞皮已經少吃了,老婆大人又要瘦身所以大半盒都無褔消受。喜歡濃味及雞皮的朋友應該會喜歡。 continue reading
