To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 去過唔同嘅太興餐廳, 佢哋統一服務質素-- 都係屬於差!
杏花村呢間太興當然主要係做街坊生意, 顧客就絕對正正常常, 侍應甚至主管就非常騎呢!!
今朝去食早餐, 喺門口素安心出口同埋量體溫, 然後就企喺度等侍應帶圍入座, 有個肥侍應喺外面入嚟, 一嘢撞到我好痛, 然後佢個眼神不懷好意咁, 雖然口裏面就有道歉. 佢畀我嘅感覺係好話我阻住條路, 所以特登大力撞我. 我就走返埋佢佢嗰度撞番佢囉, 佢竟然有反應喎, 又話我癡線又話我特登撞佢喎!!!一路係咁同其他職員喺度鬧喎.
攞咗個侍應個名(佢仲好大方畀個名牌我睇添, 一啲都唔驚)之後投訴佢主管(無Q用), 跟住再打電話去公司, 咁就見佢開始驚啦, 收聲啦.
所有侍應對顧客講嘢都係粗粗魯魯晦晦氣氣, 知道我唔好惹, 就特別對我好聲氣.
呢啲咁樣嘅工作同服務態度, 好明顯係冇王管嘅結果!!!
太興出品嘅食物質素ok嘅, 不過呢間杏花邨嘅太興我應該唔會再幫襯!!
- 軟骨豆豉鴨
遊玩後太累了,沒有煮飯,到了杏花邨太興。這次我不是叫了燒味飯,叫了煙三文魚菜粒炒飯。飯很乾身,配料很足,幾乎口口都有三文魚,最喜歡放在上面的蟹籽,咬落去有脆卜卜的感覺,美味!咖啡濃度適中,滿足了!
打開餐牌都幾多選擇,不過我地當然簡午餐精選,因為貪佢送埋野飲,除左檸茶,檸水,咖啡,奶茶呢d普通飲品外,仲有較為特別的柑桔蜜,鹹檸水同柚子蜜,以上都唔洗錢,不過當然凍飲除外!!
朋友叫左杯特飲<奶茶紅豆冰>要額外加8元,我就要左杯熱柚子蜜,一般我都係知<椰汁紅豆冰>,<奶茶紅豆冰>都係第一次聽到,因為我唔飲得奶所以味道就唔太清楚,不過我朋友話好飲!未試過的各位有興趣可以一試!
<手工牛丸湯米線> 因為我唔想食得太飽易恰眼訓,所以簡左牛丸米線,!牛丸有5粒,但唔算大大粒,不過都彈牙爽口,米線煮得軟硬適中,但湯底有小小咸,不過味道都算不錯!
<椰香咖喱牛腩飯> 飯好大碟,男士食一定夠飽!咖哩好香椰汁味,有牛腩同薯仔都煮得好林好入味,都幾好食!
整體來講,以茶餐廳角度睇算係不錯!
I ordered a bowl of noodle with egg and canned pork. I have to say that was the best canned pork I tried in my entire life, it's not salty at all, and the texture is soft, which melts in your mouth perfectly. The egg is smooth and easy-going.
The price is slightly higher than other CHACHANTING, but it definitely worths a try.
早餐好似好多嘢揀,認真睇係配搭唔同,每樣差少多,最麻煩係無咩肉食,唯有揀左個雪菜米粉餐,配多士炒蛋,跟凍飲加$3, total $36。
雖然choice唔多,但食物quality無得彈。 雪菜米d米粉好彈牙,同普通茶餐廳差好遠。炒蛋好滑,多士夠脆。 最正一定係杯嘢飲,叫凍奶茶會自動俾冰鎮奶茶,加$3蚊就有得飲好抵!但留意杯奶茶一黎到係唔夠凍(因為冰放外面),所以建議冰鎮一下飲更好味!
