It's my second time for me to have dinner with my friends at Hipot. The main difference was the Hipot now changed to hot pot buffet. Actually, the experience was the same (EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED). The buffet bar for veggies and fish balls were the food never short of supply. We ended up for eating veggies and fish ball to make us full. I tried similar hotpot buffet in other resturants in CWB but no such bad experiences as in Hipot for similar price. I rather choose to dine in Cafe de Carol as it's much cheaper than Hipot but have the same quality.
