the cake is a little bit too hard outside cover with layers of chinese style pastry though it's non-oily & the red-bean is not too sweet ; while the others highlight have rich & heavy meat ingredients which should be fond of "meat-lover";lady-boss is so kind to me : she give me in good price (a little bit discount) when I bought that variety in that early morning when assume I was the first customer that day! & take a snapshot, she is openminded & I can see workers having their busy job for the freshness cakes day by day
