Reservation : 2030 - 2230Buffet : Many fresh seafoods ! Refreshing Dessert !I'm not very interested in seafoods, but this time I tasted quite many ! Cooked lobster and razor clam are great ! Long-leg crab is really fresh!Sashimi and cooked small abalone are ok. However, steamed fish and cooked goose hand is not very good.Dessert : I tried two award winners, one is white chocolate cake ------- it is surprisingly refreshing! Yet the other is just ok...its teste just a bit too complicated. I tried

Sashimi and cooked small abalone are ok. However, steamed fish and cooked goose hand is not very good.
Dessert : I tried two award winners, one is white chocolate cake ------- it is surprisingly refreshing! Yet the other is just ok...its teste just a bit too complicated. I tried the Lemongrass jelly too -------------------- it tastes great and yet far more refreshing !
