To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

It was on the New Years Day and it's also my sister's birthday, we've booked this restaurant because I heard lots of good comments about it and plus my sister and I wants to have buffet for a long time so we choose this restaurant for lunch.I alway like lunch buffet better compare to the dinner buffets....heheheThe foods are nice and fresh but not much variety on the seafood section. I alway like lunch buffet better compare to the dinner buffets....hehehe

The foods are nice and fresh but not much variety on the seafood section. Overall, the dessert section was my flavour, there are both traditional chinese dessert and western desserts. I like the cheese cakes and ice cream plus refill cafe and teas^^

The environment was really comfort and relaxing there are also decorations and party goodies on the table, I think it's because of the New Years Day^^ Everyone had lots of fun except for my birthday sister...... she didn't have time to eat any desserts
