The sweetness of the sauce is absorbed into the tender pieces of pork ribs, and will definitely
be one of the favourites for both children and adults.

Ingredient and Portion
Pork ribs 650g
oil 3tbsp
Seasoning
salt 1/2tsp
dark soya sauce 2tbsp
shaoxing wine 1tbsp
crushed slab sugar 1/2cup
water 1 1/2 cup
Method
Wash ribs, wipe dry and rub salt on ribs.
Heat oil in wok, fry ribs, and add in wine.
Add in the water, then the dark soya sauce as well. Simmer over low heat for 35 minutes, turning and stirring the ribs every 15 minutes.
Add in sugar pieces, cook for another 10 minutes and serve.
Tips
Choose thick peices of ribs. Cut them thinner so it gets tender easily.
