可樂雞翼其實無乜可樂味,但o個種香甜係其他調味料做唔到o既
呢日屋企咁arm有青檸,所以試下夾埋一齊煮,酸酸甜甜,小朋友一定鍾意食,而且d汁主是都係可樂,唔會太重味精,煮得多豉油/瑞士/蠔油雞翼o既媽媽們,可以試下呢個青檸可樂雞翼( 用檸檬都得)
Ingredient and Portion
雞翼 12隻
可樂 1罐
青檸 1粒
薑片 2-3塊
乾蔥 2粒
Seasoning
醃料:
糖 約1茶匙
鹽 約半茶匙
白酒 少許
老抽 約3茶匙
可樂 半罐

調味 :
青檸汁 少許
鹽 少許
Method
1.雞翼用糖鹽白酒老抽,加半罐可樂醃大半個鐘
2.爆香薑片同乾蔥就放雞翼煎一煎兩面
3.再倒半罐可樂慢慢煮,收汁到咁上下就加青檸汁(約半小時)
4.除個喜好加少少糖/鹽/老抽
5.最尾可以落 d 青檸片,會更加香
Tips
1.可樂有糖份容易痴底或燶底,要用慢火
2.青檸汁唔好太早落,揮發左就無味,落青檸片o既話可以熄大火先放,焗一陣就ok
3.如果滾埋落就要好快夾返出黎,如果唔係會苦
