美式 cheese cakes 食少少已經覺得好"流", 因此日本人改良變成小蛋糕. 等大家可以食多件
Ingredient and Portion
cream cheese 100g
whipping cream 50g
蛋黃 2隻
蛋白 2隻
奶 60g
糖 40g
低筋粉 15g
粟粉 5g
橄欖油 10g
Method
1.把cream cheese及奶座於熱水上,以攪拌器攪溶及混合.離開熱水後加入橄欖油拌勻
2.篩入低筋粉及粟粉於溶液內,攪拌至無粉粒,加入已拌勻的蛋黃
3.另準備蛋白及糖,以攪伴器攪至企身,慢慢拌入粉糊內
4.將粉糊倒入6個小圓模內(約8成滿),再放入盛有水的大焗盤上
5.焗爐預熱,先以160度焗大約10分鐘至表面金黃色,然後將火轉至150度再焗約30分鐘
