This was recommended so I booked a table just a few days in advance for Sunday brunch.  Initial reaction was good when we got seated but the whole experience had gone down hill from there.

Food I would say was above average which one would expect for charging $590 per head but the main courses were a bit disappointing. The roasted suckling pig was oily and skin not crispy, roasted beef and fish were average. Among 4 of us we were served a piece of fish in 1.5x6 inches to share, I asked if we could have an extra serving and were told only if there were enough for rest of the tables.  Wow, I didn't realise that we were on a food rationing for buffet.  I voiced out to the manager (I guess as he was not in uniform) and his attitude was unfriendly as I told him we felt we were begging for food.  Finally, we were shuffled an extra serving.

Service was minimal, one waiter remarked there were so many plates on our table - this was because they never came around to collect them.

We also went for free flow of sparkling wine for an extra $230 per head but we felt it was also on rationing as well. We were never served unless we had to request for it and always half filled our glasses.

We asked for coffee or tea and were told they would be extra charge which is quite riduculous if they are charging $590.

They paraded around with food and throwing plates were a typical Spanish way to show hospitality but we didn't find this kind of atmoshpere.....it was more like a circus in Ocean Park!

We ended up paying $900 per head including service charge for bad service, lousy attitude and average food.  I would rather go to other restaurants for similar price where we would be served free flow of Perrier-Jouet champagne, caviar, lobster and oysters (instead of extra $40 each at Catalunya), suckling crispy roasted piglet, juicy roasted beef and other delicious goodies including coffee or tea.  At least we would walk out of the restaurant without the feeling that we had to beg for an extra serving!!!!!
