To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 以「牛鍋王」之名作招徠,並表明是即切牛肉,不免有點期望。實物就如照片一樣,個人認為太肥,不甚吸引。吃下去,也沒有甚麼驚喜,名過其實了。火鍋料有肥牛、雞絲、芽菜、生菜、豆腐、魚蛋、粉絲、麵條,比美心和大家樂的要少得多,便宜了約十元也彌補不到質量兩方面的差別呢!湯底是芽菜魚湯,清清甜甜卻不錯啊!
