Wait & Wait

We went there for dinner, the shop only have 4-5 waiter & waitree to serve the whole restaurant. Can u image ??? There are few tables can't wait & left the restaurant.We ordered a steam fish, the taste is ok, but we have wait for more than an hour b4 u got it.We have ordered a tarto & punkin pork ribs, the sauce feel like creamy coconut, very strange, the pork ribs is like the ribs that they used in cooking soup. Terrible !!!
