To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

超正宗臘味煲仔飯，食香味俱全仲要好細心將d 土雞拆曬骨，可以啖啖肉咁食，正! 豉油味道又啱啱好，食材好美味仲有個飯焦卜卜脆食唔停口，個朋友仔口喉痛都食唔停啊，好耐未試過咁乾身既煲仔飯，一個字 「正」!食完一煲真係唔夠喉，再加多個臘腸荷葉飯，臘腸超正個飯濕濕地，荷葉好香，加埋香菇粒正!XO醬撈空心面 好爽口，好彈牙，XO醬好足料，好香口!下次要叫多d人 可以叫多d野食 人少試唔到咁多，感覺未夠滿足短期內一定要再返去!
