The ambiance and location of the restaurant evoke a sense of occasion and celebration, making it an ideal setting for special events or gatherings. The service provided by the waitstaff was commendable, with all the servers exhibiting a friendly and attentive demeanor throughout the meal.
However, one minor area that could use some improvement was the professionalism of the receptionist. On our visit, the receptionist allowed a group of customers who had arrived after us to be seated ahead of our party. This was an unexpected lapse in service quality, given the luxurious reputation of a restaurant like Lawry's.
Despite this minor hiccup, the quality of the food was still exceptional, compelling me to want to return to the restaurant in the future. The prime rib dishes, which are the restaurant's specialty, were truly outstanding and worth the visit alone.
Overall, this prime rib restaurant has firmly solidified its position as one of the premier dining destinations in Hong Kong. The combination of a celebratory ambiance, attentive service, and exceptional cuisine make it a clear standout in my personal top 10 list of favorite restaurants in the city.
