overall for such a classy restaurant the service was appalling. I had to wait 10 mins before they brought over the menu. no service and no view so sorry no tipping either from me
the food came super quick and I must say say its quite delicious. I would highly recommend the roasted pork belly it was crispy and it just simply melts into your mouth
the congee is the other dish I would recommend. it looks bland yes but its super tasty. it felt smooth and silky and the fish was garoupa and that was oh so nice and sweet. the fish had excellent texture and was well complemented by the smooth congee. the other dim sum I had was just pretty bleh and meh roasted pork buns some fried pork buns? fish dumpling nice veggie one cheung fun with a twist in the middle. the usual stuffing is the fried read but here they use fried soya bean sheets
