Mianxian soup was a big bowl with tons of large intestines, mushroom slices and enoki mushrooms inside. Seasoning of the soup was just right.

Highly recommending the braised beef dishes! The difference of the beef between the platter and the soup noodle version was mainly the sauce - the platter was served in a spicy sauce with not only beef shank but also beef tendons, tripe and a soft-boiled egg that had absorbed all the flavors of the soy sauce. The beef and tendons were super tender. As for the soup noodles, the beef broth tasted rich and savory.
