豉油soup is a bit too strong for me and i only got one zip of my bf's soy sauce soup.
My 盬 味 soup is lightly salted and tasted the soup with boiling long time with different ingredient. I think they must use pig head as pig head gives the best taste.
糖心蛋is good because the egg yolk is just about done and not done, egg yolk taste good, should be egg from Japan...which is good taste, the egg albumen is lightly soaked with the sauce, not too salty..

We ordered 櫻花木焗幸福麥豬, there are a lot of smoke flavor inside the pig. I personally like it, but people who doesn't like smoke may not like it. I think the wood give a bit smoke flavor, and they put a piece of thyme to bake together so that the pork absorbed the taste of thyme, which i think it is good. On the top, the chef baked mozzarella to create different taste. The mozzarella is not a strong flavor cheese and the cheese flavor was covered by black pepper sauce. I think the mozzarella was over cooked so that the texture is a bit hard. The combination is actually good.
$120 per noodle is fine provided that the quality is good. If you are just paying $50 bucks less...and you will just tasting a very normal noodles as elsewhere.
Worth to try and you will feel the difference.
Service is good but waiter are not smart enough!
