To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

It is the worst one of all hotels' buffets. I recommend not patronizing this cafe, especially for buffet. I went there on 25 Dec 09 for Christmas lunch buffet. The food variety are the least among all hotels' buffer; there was no fresh oyster, no steak, no sea fish, no goose liver, no roast beef, no selection of Chinese noodle, no ho-fen.Well, there were many kinds of desserts, tasteless cocktail shrimps, tasteless mussels, tasteless baby lobster (RMB 60 for more than 500 baby lobsters), a fish

Well, there were many kinds of desserts, tasteless cocktail shrimps, tasteless mussels, tasteless baby lobster (RMB 60 for more than 500 baby lobsters), a fish in size less than a palm, Chinese congee, turkey. If all these are your favor, you may patronize this restaurant.
