之前不時見到舖頭入面好多人,我又都無特別排隊,所以一路都無食過。今次又過灣仔整頭髮,咁啱今次見到有位,就入去試下。麵底好彈牙,呢個質感好好。外賣就一定食唔到。因為浸湯浸得耐就會開始發脹,麵條點都會腍咗D,咁就無咁好架啦。廣東麵落鴨蛋就係為咗有彈牙嘅質感,唔即刻食浸住湯,麵條就無咗煙韌爽口嘅,幾好嘅麵都係浪費咗。牛腩份量頗多,唔會太瘦,炆到好入味。湯底唔係清湯腩嗰款,成碗麵整體都幾ok。 $30幾蚊一碗以港島區計都算係好抵,夠唔夠飽就見人見智啦 continue reading

點咗鴛鴦墨丸墨汁麵。墨汁墨魚丸味道都濃郁,食完又無成口變黑喎。傳統白色墨魚丸望落就無乜特別咁,但係食落就非常好味,好彈牙有咬口,墨魚味都足夠,相對墨汁墨魚丸,我更加歡喜傳統白色嘅味道。墨汁魚麵都比較特別,顏色望落去就真係黑蚊蚊嘅,同墨汁墨魚丸顏色一樣。同墨汁意大利粉有異曲同工嘅感覺,當然食入口係有分別。墨汁意大利粉本身質感更加煙韌,部份餐廳甚至會煮到8-9分熟,保持少少唔透心嘅口感。墨汁魚麵比普通麵較粗,入口軟軟滑滑,保持魚麵嘅texture。 continue reading

灣仔返工,一個禮拜至少有一日都會嚟呢度食。因為係灣仔區物價嚟講呢間就真係價錢都幾抵食架。我經常會點兩款粉麵,一個就係卷出好味,另一個就係九龍城寨四寶。卷出好味包括三款:有魚肉卷,墨魚卷和墨魚蝦卷。炸得皮薄,唔會油膩,外面香脆內裡鬆軟,肉質嘅清甜隨著咀嚼就越明顯。 九龍城寨四寶就有四款丸類,一樣一粒,減少重複嘅飽滯感,分量啱啱好。我鐘意佢呢度湯底呢唔會好重口味,味道清甜。再加上佢啲丸口感彈牙,米線都煮得啱啱好,唔會太硬又唔會太淋。以茶記嚟講,食物都真係唔錯。 continue reading

早幾日係呢附近見工,由於離下一場面試仲有啲時間,所以就係呢附近醫左肚先啦由於依個鐘數係lunch hour,周圍都好多人咁啱就見到呢間九龍城寨墨魚丸專家橫掂都好耐無食過魚蛋粉,同埋入面都仲有位置可以容納我,一於就入去坐低啦餐廳都幾多唔同既配搭可以揀除左佢地招牌墨魚丸之外,仲有墨魚卷、蝦卷、魚麵等等不過今日個胃口想食河粉,所以無緣試魚麵啦望左餐牌一陣就決定揀紫菜城寨四寶呢個四寶包括有墨魚丸王、墨汁墨丸、魚蛋同牛丸,價錢都唔貴,都係$42啱哂心思思乜都想食既我墨魚丸王果然無俾錯名夠哂彈牙,入面仲有好多墨魚粒粒,真係有少少喜出望外墨汁墨丸雖然無呢個墨魚丸王咁勁,但都唔錯魚蛋都好彈牙,唔會食到成口粉咁牛丸就不過不失,尚算合格啦 continue reading
