喺尖沙咀搭車去荃灣,落車大雨到對鞋陣亡左。淋左雨諗下食咩驅寒。突然諗起呢一間舖頭,第一次嚟食心大心細,樣樣野都想試。就嗌咗個豬什米線胡椒湯底,另外嗌多個牛肉腸粉。湯頭胡椒味有,但唔算重,如果可以再辣啲就好啦。不過我見佢枱面都有另外白胡椒可以自行加,不過都係感覺滾過嘅胡椒先會出味。豬雜嘅份量都多,但係米線份量就比較少,張相嗰個係未食任何米線,都淨係可以夾到三小注。牛肉腸都蒸得幾滑唔會過老,啲滑口水都好好味,但係如果係牛肉片就更加開心啦。個辣椒油好桂林feel~都正。唯一希望佢米線嘅份量多返少少,咁就完美啦。 continue reading

久唔久就想去潮洲仔,回味飲佢個白胡椒豬肚湯。今日食豬什王配河粉,一次過食齊晒所有豬內臟,豬肺丶豬粉腸丶豬心、豬潤丶豬大腸丶豬肚、豬黃喉丶豬紅、蝴蝶腩共十款,唔會煮得個老,配埋滑捋捋河粉食,份量十足,一碗就飽晒。白胡椒湯底微辣,容易入口,不含無味精,真材實料,飲完真係暖笠笠。 continue reading

呢到最多人叫係豬什王($54) 再加魚皮($8)我本人麻麻豬什最後叫豬手米 (白胡椒沙底)加蘿蔔 老公叫豬粉腸娃娃菜 (半胡椒湯底)配白飯但係發生咗小插曲,老公唔食得辣,但嚟咗白胡椒湯底,飲咗兩啖,辣到佢飛起!最後餐廳都幫佢加湯變返無咁辣!我自己食得辣,個人推介白胡椒湯底,冬天飲落暖笠笠,唔食得辣都可以叫半胡椒湯底。食落無味精,但去到最後有啲咸。豬手米加蘿蔔 都好大碗下豬手乾淨 但可以更淋魚皮都好食 薄脆!浸湯食一流!豬粉腸娃娃菜配白飯淘飯一流 但去到最後覺得咸整體來講會再下次幫襯附近米線排隊排到癲 呢間可以直入! continue reading

呢間潮州仔食堂自從疫情期間之後, 每日都收晚上7點, 所以夜晚好少嚟食, 今日行過就過去食吓啦! 兩個人叫咗一個豬什河粉, 因豬什河粉啲餸較多, 所以我就叫豬黃喉米, 兩個都叫半胡椒湯底, 凍檸檬茶少甜少冰。咁耐冇食, 佢嘅味道份量同以前差唔多, 半胡椒湯底夠晒味, 如果叫全胡椒應該仲會較辣, 我覺得半胡椒已經夠晒😋, 凍檸檬茶味道好好, 有茶味👍🏻 continue reading

我好鍾意食豬什,但平常真係唔太知邊度有得食。昨日去開荃灣就見到,決定一試。去果時大約中午1點半,都差唔多坐爆晒。呢度有腸粉呀,普通啲既粉麵,一見到有豬什,點都要嘗試下! 淨豬什$54, 加麵底就加$6。環顧四周,大家好似都係食緊豬什。豬什洗得幾乾淨,份量都好多,湯底同辣椒醬就正正常常。 我幾鍾意個豬紅同埋豬腸~食完好飽肚,暖粒粒,我諗冬天食幸福感會加倍。好難得食到豬什,好開心,一定要再嚟食下其他野~!! continue reading
