To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日Green Monday ,朋友尖沙咀帶樓上素食,1時許冇訂位,食店見我們一行5人,很快就給了一張圓枱卡位位置。手撕吉飽菇$72~這個作為下酒小食相當一流,估唔到在齋舖遇上⋯⋯春風得意腸$46~内裡的油炸鬼未見脆口,失色。脆皮蘿蔔糕$72~熱騰騰的炸物,大家都很喜歡,脆槳厚身,但蘿蔔內心仍熱騰騰吸引。金邊帝苖餃~原先是一籠三隻,由於我們一行5人,可以另加兩隻,不用點兩籠,夠彈性,一讚。皮薄多菜,正齋滷味三寶$58~大家都覺得無論以賣相及味道都略見失色。欖菜肉鬆炒飯$108~飯炒得未夠乾身,頗油。最後還有一個健康菜肉包,可以選或蒸,大家起筷快到忘了相機食先⋯⋯整體來說朋友原先打算星期一食素清清哋,殊不知大家喜點炸物,新派素食點心,而且在樓上店,Green Monday 又多一個選擇。 continue reading

用網上外賣平台嗌外賣自取,夠鐘去到先話漏咗,啲員工都冇諗住同我解釋淨係喺度同自己人講嘢,咁我咪同佢講係咪漏咗單啊?我再返嚟啦。之後再等多20分鐘,夠膽同我改咗我個order嘅食材,冇諗過要問吓我,直接逼我接受,呢間唔係Omakase餐廳囉,有冇諗過要尊重客人嘅意願? 因為我已經等咗好耐仲來回過兩次,已經好攰好肚餓,所以冇同佢坳就走咗。如果一早有問我,我就直接退錢啦,根本就唔係我想食嘅嘢。之前已經幫襯咗好多次,冇諗到啲service會變到咁差,未必再有下次。 continue reading

朋友食齋,我search到尖沙咀原來有一間食廣東點心嘅齋舖~仲開11點,啱晒我哋我11:15 去到,已經冇位啦佢話如果12點俾返張枱佢,仲可以😌我見到咁人氣就快快脆脆叫點心🔸#素翅小籠包 素翅做餡料多咗一份清新嘅感覺,小籠包皮可以做得更薄,就唔會有 ‘立’ 口嘅感覺,但整體味道係唔錯嘅👍🔸#甘筍鹹水角🥕 造型已經非常之靚,即炸👏🏻外層皮脆卜卜,入面嘅餡料同平時嘅鹹水角味道冇分別👍🔸#懷舊布拉腸粉 腸粉皮係多咗少少油,但係食落去好滑,豉油又唔係太鹹,加上甜醬麻醬好好食🤤🔸#四寶滑雞扎 腐皮裏便包住咗大大嚿嘅雪耳,原來雪耳代替平時我哋食嘅魚肚;見到雪耳,我心諗應該麻麻地好食;一咬落去,雪耳做得極腍但又唔爛,加咗沙薑落去調味好好味,有機會仲好味過平時嘅雞扎🔸#雪山叉燒包 平時我唔會食,因為我唔想食到叉燒包裏便叉燒嘅肥肉,所以今次可以大大啖咁食#佢真係11:55嚟叫我埋單#不過我哋都食哂#做得好好嘅齋點心 continue reading

朋友食素,嚟到香港就搵下有咩好食既素食Openrice search到呢間好似幾唔錯又幾有香港特色就一於試下店內好似香港酒樓咁都係要收茶位既,每位$15叫咗個細嘅鮑參翅肚羹 $48因為得三個人,又叫咗好多其他嘢食,就唔叫一大煲味道做得好似真嘅,好飲齋鹵味(三寶)$58 呢個就冇咩特別,同香港一般齋鋪嘅差唔多椒鹽豆腐$72外脆內嫩,濃豆腐味秘製叉燒 $138呢個真係好好食,同真既非常似,又有叉燒最好食既燶邊緻素坊片皮鴨 $158呢個同片皮鴨本身就唔係好似,佢用咗猴頭菇,同埋炸腐皮?不過食法就跟足片皮鴨,味道都係好好食!緻素坊素鵝 $138呢個偏油,但係都好食清炒豆苗 $138Menu無,問侍應有冇其他菜,叫嚟煮既,炒得岩岩好 菜唔老 但價錢偏貴整體嚟講都係好好食 有水準全部人都食得好開心滿足 continue reading
