Alaskan Crabtastic Miyazakigyu Dinner Buffet

Indulge in the popular Alaskan King Crab dinner buffet, like the Grilled Crab Leg and Steamed / Stir-fried Wild Caught Caribbean Sea Lobster. The buffet is now also infused with preeminent A5-grade Miyazakigyu specialties, featuring Live Grilled Miyazaki Wagyu, Stir-Fried Miyazaki Wagyu with Black Garlic, and Seared Wagyu Sushi. More dinner highlights embrace the flavourful and aromatic Braised Xinjiang Lamb Rice.
Caviar appetizers are now served during dinner buffets on selected dates, perfectly paired with Miyazakigyu creations and premium seafood selections. Throughout all dining periods, savour a curated selection of chilled seafood, Hainanese Chicken Rice, double-boiled soup, live stations, and our all-time favourite durian desserts, including Homemade Durian Ice Cream and free-flow GODIVA ice cream.

The Market自助餐這間酒店最出名是他的榴蓮甜品,雖然我不喜歡吃榴槤,但亦被這裡的自助餐排場所吸引,結果亦沒有令我失望。首先酒店的人流控制和管理做得很好,是人山人海,但秩序井然,沒有人插隊打尖,準時入場進食,氣氛甚佳。雖然人很多,但食物供應絕對足夠,補給的速度很快,沒有食物短缺的問題和疑慮。而且食物的質素很高,美味,質感,新鮮,設計又好有心思。有即煎的鴨肝,香口,脆皮,有油脂的豐腴香味,好吃得不得了。還有即切即吃的魚生,有三文魚,吞拿魚,都是我喜愛吃的刺身。非常新鮮,而且很香,很豪邁,有厚切選項,吃起來相當肥美,而且毫不油膩。是相當滿足的味覺享受。師傅毫不吝嗇,待客亦相當恭敬有禮。服務員也是相當親切殷勤。我最喜歡的甜品雖然不是榴槤,但是有我喜愛的朱古力雪糕,是Godiva品牌, 相當奢華,可以任食感覺相當幸福。朱古力味超濃郁,甜而不膩,入口即融,是極緻的味覺享受。還配上脆筒,材料擁有都非常新鮮。炸榴槤是另一款我很喜愛的甜品。脆皮做得非常好,有薄又輕盈,絲毫沒有半點油膩的感覺。而且是即場炸起的,難得吃到這樣新鮮的甜品,可遇不可求。榴槤的味道很突出。即使害怕吃榴蓮的人也會一試愛上,我就是其中之一。

帶着期待去食呢個火山榴槤下午茶,不過冇想像中咁正,首先講吓個頭盤,龍蝦沙律,兩隻龍蝦腳真係完全冇鮮味,好淡味,唔知食緊咩😢😢火山榴槤清湯海鮮火鍋,湯底可以選辣,我地選左清湯,個湯底係幾好飲,不過啲海鮮真係甩皮甩骨,隻蠔扇貝的size都好細🙈🙈另外榴槤甜品,賣相係幾靚,甜品都唔錯,不過啲榴槤真係太細粒,每人只有3嚿,真係唔太滿足。好期待的火山裝置,不過一瞬間的乾冰就冇咗🙈🙈開心係榴槤雪糕同埋Godiva雪糕可以無限添加,如果喜歡榴槤都可以試吓,不過真係一次就夠啦🙂↔️

係紅磡地鐵站行過去約10分鐘左右。一來到門口有陣陣榴槤飄香。已經好期待。哩間自助餐想試左好耐。價錢有小小貴。但吾食過又吾心熄。好彩今次午餐無失望。開頭蟹腳好多人排隊。甘轉食沙律前菜先。有煙三文魚,Pam’s hum岩晒我。仲有勁多款底。味道都好食。蟹腳都好大隻同新鮮。鮮甜。牛扒熟左小小,牛扒🥩軟牛味重。羊架味道吾錯。不太蘇。刺身魚生款式就小左do.和牛壽司入口即溶。食物太多款。試吾晒。要去多次先得

是日平日星期五,一大班人暫時放下衝鋒陷陣嘅工作,於淋瑯滿目嘅美食下聚首一堂,互相聯繫,互相交流。期待已久嘅lunch buffet,用餐時間由中午12點至下午2點半。等緊入座期間,入口處已經飄來陣陣榴槤香氣,形形式式嘅食物,令人急不及待同食欲大增!餐廳出名食甜品,不過其他食物質素都唔錯,選擇都好多。熟食方面特別難忘嘅有清新沙律🥗,焗芝士生蠔🦪,燉盅雞湯,三文魚扒,喇沙湯麵🍜。至於甜品,榴槤雪糕、榴槤撻、榴槤蓉、奶凍甜品、芝士蛋糕都唔錯。Lunch來講,算係多嘢食。
