餐廳佔地逾5000平方呎,分為爐端燒和廚師發辦兩大主題區域。 大型爐端燒吧檯前,放滿當日新鮮食材,即點即燒。除了熱鬧的吧檯外,還設有四間半開放式榻榻米坐位和三間獨立榻榻米房間,私隱度高,適合不同規模的聚會。今日午餐嘅選擇係照燒銀鱈魚定食🍱,應該算係日本料理中比較常見嘅菜式喇。我哋去嘅餐廳嘅照燒醬汁🍯非常出色,醬汁嘅甜味同鹹味都恰到好處,令到銀鱈魚🐟嘅鮮嫩嘅肉質更加突出。烤得啱啱好嘅魚皮🔥,加上個照燒醬汁烘托,真係好吸引。除咗魚之外,定食仲附送咗一碗白飯🍚、一啲漬物🥒同湯🍲,提供咗一個完整嘅用餐體驗。湯味道鮮美,漬物又提供咗啲酸味嚟平衡口味。重點係,呢個定食嘅分量夠足,足以滿足我嘅食慾👌🏼。食完個定食之後,滿足感非常之高👍🏼,對於價錢💰嚟講都算係相當合理。如果你都係照燒銀鱈魚嘅粉絲,咁我推薦你去試下呢個餐廳嘅定食。總括嚟講,我覺得個定食嘅味道幾好,餐廳嘅服務👨‍🍳同埋環境🏠都唔錯,係一個幾值得再去嘅地方。午餐食得好飽,超級大滿足!下次有機會一定帶埋男朋友來一齊食~ continue reading

首先一碟有明太子魷魚漬伴三文魚子,香魚甘露煮,水果蕃茄,磯粒貝4款,每款都唔同味道,明太子魷魚既咸香同三文魚子一齊真係好好食,香魚味道都好特別,好濃魚香,蕃茄又夠鮮甜,磯粒貝都好有彈牙,一個咁既份量都好好食啦😚之後黎個毛蟹刺身,馬糞海膽配青檸啫喱,毛蟹刺身好重蟹肉既香味,配埋大大粒既海膽,仲有滑捋捋既啫喱,口感好得意好正呀🤪而北寄貝,帶子,樽菜就比較咸,味道較濃,同煙熏鰆魚一樣比較重味,汁煮八爪魚都係比較濃味,但都好好食,咸得黎食到食材既鮮味,八爪魚仲好爽彈添,超正呀😁深海池魚同白身魚薄切都係好考刀功既刺身,切得薄但又保持到魚既鮮味質感,好正😙壽司有油甘魚,沙錐魚,富山白蝦,拖羅,吞拿魚,金目鯛,赤鯥魚,海膽,另外又有卷物,最特別就一定係湯鐵魚,透明白色,味道濃郁獨特,肉質就比較結實,令人回味🥰吸物係鯛魚清湯,真係幾清幾香甜,唔錯既湯黎,最後食埋日本蜜瓜就真係岩岩好,滿足呀 continue reading
