To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 經開海港城,順便食埋夜晚飯,本身又未食過,所以試吓…..舖頭肉類的質素不過不失啦,但佢嘅優點重點係快、易入口、價錢中等,如果8:30先入座仲有折頭添,今晚平日見到都有八成坐滿….雖然成晚每張枱都係得一枱客,但依個時勢平日生意算係咁啦⋯⋯叫咗一個牛肉拼盤,另外一些雜項,叫咗一個牛奶鍋底同一個蕃茄鍋底,食法完全日式風格,感覺上以肉類為主,但食落去都清清地唔錯⋯⋯臨尾叫咗甜品2個雪葩,食完都算幾圓滿….. continue reading

有日心血來潮,好想食壽喜燒知道溫野菜一人火鍋同壽喜燒選擇所以就入咗去食舖頭唔算太大 如果得兩個人好多時都係有塊板隔住兩張枱然後四個人坐喺四人枱 有塊板隔住但係如果三人或以上就冇呢個情況餐單有五六款主食選擇今次揀咗和牛套餐 仲有個牛加豬兩個都係食壽喜燒 所以除咗有壽喜燒湯底仲有個月見汁(醬油加生蛋)另外見到好多人會揀火鍋底 有蕃茄火鍋 會有原舊蕃茄肉類總共每碟會有4-6片 (薄薄地但係都叫大塊)肉類就真係要睇吓自己揀啲乜嘢 和牛套餐嘅牛就真係好有牛味入口即溶 但係普通嘅都唔係太差之後每日都會有一盤菜 (冇豆腐🥲) 另外配菜都可以另加套餐仲會包兩款小食 叫咗個餃子 丸類同埋蟹柳 除咗餃子有兩件其他都係一件一個餐唔算太多嘢但係都會飽嘅如果諗唔到食咩都可以去食吓 continue reading
