This is a pretty basic HK Style cafe in Hang Hau. We have ordered a 3 dishes to share among 4 people and we still couldn't finish it because the serving portion is really big! Curry Beef RiceThe curry has a subtle spiciness and the curry they use is pretty high quality. You can probably tell from the colour of it. It is not runny but instead very thick with a good flavour !bBaked pork chop rice with cheeseAnother very classic HK style dish to enjoy, especially for youngsters. The whole tray of fried rice is topped with big pieces of pork chop, sweet BBQ sauce, and a very generous amount of cheese, baked until perfectly golden brown. The sweetness and savouriness was just balanced nicely and the once again the portion is very big! 4 Treasure RiceAmong all, this is probably the most disappointing dish because it is just very basic, while the char siu is actually pretty dry, although their crispy pork belly is perfectly done because it is actually one of their signature dishes to order. The rice is a bit dry and I would probably prefer to have more sauce in the rice.

我等左成半粒鐘都未有，吹佢哋又唔理，見我冇家長係到就直接無視我，當我冇道，係多人嘅，不過我叫經理30秒都無就可以上菜啦，即係一早就可以有得上啦，佢哋只係當我冇道，唔理我！

話說今日1點幾食午市啦，跟著叫左一碟炒烏東一碟番蛋牛飯，再加多個肉醬意粉打包攞走比我娘親食啦，個服務員已經發緊夢咁，我指著A佢就寫B,飲0茶就寫0水，我都好聲好氣同佢講話換過佢啦，個waiter同我講：「差唔多姐，不如飲0水啦，重好呀」我心諗：XXXX，跟著兩個飯重離譜，等左半個鐘，單都冇張，我就同佢講叫佢跟下啦，跟著佢第一時間做既唔係跟單喎，竟然企番響度同隔離條友吹水，最後叫左個經理黎跟啦，佢同我講話未入單，我當時已經坐左半粒鐘，聽到既竟然係未入單，人地隔離枱食完走埋你同我講未落單！！！有冇搞錯，跟著又到下午茶時段，我同我老豆死死地氣食個炒飯就算啦，心諗有野落下肚就算數，今次我醒目啦，跟埋佢出去落單，我頂吖佢廚房搞左成粒鐘都未有野出，我火都黎，果斷：「兩杯0水埋單，其他全部同我cut X曬佢。」，最後多謝36蚊。我拎個銀包出黎，諗著用八達通比啦，佢搞左成分鐘都未整好部機，我把幾火，拎張50蚊出黎拍落張枱度講：「唔使找！」最嬲係咩呢，個外賣竟然出現啦，佢重問我：「個外賣重要唔要呀？」我臉都黑埋，同佢講：「留番比你晚市食啦！」講真我都唔覺得自己咁易發火，但係諗著響新一派食野既人，話你知，除非你有半日時間同有好似劉備對諸葛亮既耐性之外，我勸你唔好去！

因為家住將軍澳區，真的附近沒有什麼好吃的茶記，只好去新一派。懶得出區的後果就是，例湯淡如水。在麻麻地之中，鹹蛋蝦球算是不錯，起碼外層夠鹹味送飯。咕嚕肉比較乾身，肉質也偏硬，但味道還可以接受～總結，不出區又想吃茶記這間應該是坑口的首選。
