To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

店舖門面比較細，晏晝要長期排長龍。可以嘗試晚市去食，性價比高，味道是得出冇味精同埋冇雪味，算係中上環海南雞不錯嘅選擇。服務都可以接受，門面都唔係大陸人唔會大呼小叫

味道🤌🏻公道講，食咗多好多次 每次味道都keep到幾好味。服務💩不過服務嚟講，學劉德華先生話齋就緊係唔合格啦😕每次黎食都會要求多飯 咁今次都唔例外。不過今次個所謂"多飯" 仲少過隔籬枱普通飯嘅份量🤣咁我就緊係即刻問職員啦，而職員都即刻好一罐香港服務業Style咁即刻否認，話哩個已經係多飯嚟🥴🤙🏻其實飲食業而家市道已經唔好，香港食客亦都越嚟越注重服務質素。如果今時今日仲係咁嘅服務態度嘅話，咁真係要再努力啲先可以挽回失去嘅客源😅

呢間嘢之前好似喺社交媒體網站有人報道過，算係稍有名氣。路經上環分店，就決定試吓. 💡嘩，不過一試真係不得了，叫咗個招牌海南雞飯，啲雞就唔算太嚡，不過冇乜雞味。🍗😕 個重點係個油飯搞唔掂，完全冇油香，可能叫白飯仲好過🍚❌ 個沾醬都唔係太好食. 😔另外間餐廳嘅服務都10分麻麻。明明間舖入座率可能得兩成，但係都逼我同人搭枱紙巾亦都要$3一包。簡單嚟講呢間嘢名過其實，不值一試！🚫😕難怪成晚都冇人排隊，哈哈！

早幾年就想食勇記海南雞😂有次三點幾去到紅磡店竟然賣晒😳今次12點前到達上環店😆毒L一個人直入有位坐！Openrice 有人講服務態度好差😦但我覺得啲侍應姨姨都無乜野呀，算有禮貌嘅🤣第一次食直接打大佬，叫左個招牌去骨泰式海南雞飯 轉全脾😎落單20秒就黎左碗椰子雞湯！再過多1分鐘左右黎埋個飯😆同澳牛有得揮！油飯幾香口，唔會過分油膩，上面仲有啲脆口炸蒜😚雞髀去骨去得好乾淨，見唔到有雞毛🪶雞皮爽，雞肉嫩，唔多肥膏，但係雞味唔太濃！好彩佢個醬汁ok好味，微微地辣帶返啲雞味出黎！旁邊有少少生菜絲同兩塊算厚切嘅青瓜🥒講返個湯先，幾好飲，單味道黎計仲出色過個雞飯，所以最後我飲哂成碗😛又所以，食完出去過左3分鐘我開始好口渴🤪整體評分我比佢 75分啦，都食得過嘅😌
