早前睇報紙見到這間店就執,自己又鍾意食豆腐產品,於是決定去食,星期日的大約兩點幾三點,有人排隊,但未係好長龍,期間也感覺到個老闆娘做到燥😅,可能這段期間突然多咗好多人幫襯關係,本身打算堂食,但原來已經無得堂食了,排隊叫了兩碗熱豆腐花及兩樽辣腐乳,豆腐花好滑,熱辣辣,加埋附上的黃糖一起食,好味,唔會過甜,雖然要$14一碗並不便宜,我們買完無耐人龍長了好多,今次無食到佢D煎釀豆腐同豆漿,希望在今個月尾前可以再去一次試吓.

見快將結業🙈,於是學人去朝聖​。因為有點飽,只買了無糖豆漿及一份煎釀三寶。無糖豆漿13元500毫升1支,夠晒冰凍,最啱夏天飲用,而且好有豆味​,所以無糖都好好飲,充滿豆香。煎釀三寶一份15元有5件,我哋揀咗5件都係豆卜😛,好好品嚐下佢哋嘅豆品。豆卜食落嘅質感好似臭豆腐,不過佢唔臭😂​,啱晒怕臭嘅朋友。豆卜上面塊魚肉雖小但有點魚味,唔似其他舖頭大大舊但冇魚味,所以幾好食😋。😉行過可以支持下,值得試試。​

這間豆品廠其實很多年前都食過一次👈印象深刻地差,所以之後都無想過再來但佢深水埗的分店又非常之好。所以真係唔知佢地係咪之係同名但唔同人打理講返今次經歷:我去到睇到好多食客都立食。其實已經覺得好累。今日天氣已經熱到恐怖。真係坐一坐的空間都沒有不過都算啦。都係留一陣就離開。我今次點選了豆腐花和煎釀豆腐這裡需要港幣$29。貴唔貴就因人而異。你問我我就覺得最後一次就比佢都無咩所謂。如果平時日日食就幾重皮佢哋的豆腐好厚身都夠豆味。但魚肉就薄過紙⋯⋯有圖有真相。雖然主角係豆腐⋯豆腐花我就此中覺得深水埗係好食點。那邊食物款式和品質都比這裡優勝。最令我地一班食客不滿的地方。就係在這個疫症蔓延的時候。竟然有食客唔帶口罩不停講嘢。但我由進店到離開都唔見佢的食物㗎喎我其實都見到有其他食客向店員投訴。但店員都露出一個好無奈嘅表情。老實講店員在這方面都要注意一下。總結:今次這個快閃食豆腐花之旅體驗其實都幾差。食物質素唔算高。價錢又唔算低。所以最後係無買任何豆品作支持。

豆腐花從來都是我自愛,是兒時美好的回憶之一。食了多年的九龍城公和荳品將在九月底光榮結業!昔日白白滑滑的豆腐花、煎釀豆腐、黑白豆漿、黐飯;經曆無數個歲月裝潢,特色的收錢籃,也將成絕響!希望有緣再聚的日子真的會來臨!今日嚟打卡,外賣的人真的不少!我也嚟食返個熱豆腐花及買返瓶至愛的腐乳!我一定要在結業前密密前來!

去舊區九龍城搵食👫 係有百年歷史既公和荳品廠!杞蓉荳腐花 ($16)揀左杞子因為諗住平時成日睇電話電腦📱 要補下眼🤣 咁食得一碗就唔知佢有冇效既 但味道都易入口 只係淡淡地杞子味 落埋黃糖更好味😘同場加映煎釀三寶 ($15/3舊)茄子入口即溶好好食wor~~其他就乾d🤭但都唔錯!

杞蓉荳腐花 ($16)
揀左杞子因為諗住平時成日睇電話電腦📱 要補下眼🤣 咁食得一碗就唔知佢有冇效既 但味道都易入口 只係淡淡地杞子味 落埋黃糖更好味😘

茄子入口即溶好好食wor~~其他就乾d🤭但都唔錯!

我很喜歡飲豆漿和食豆腐花,其中一個原因是童年回憶,而這個童年回憶的起源,就是九龍城這間公和荳品廠。公和有三間店舖,一間在深水埗,另一間在葵芳,老店在九龍城。30多年來,人面變遷,老店依舊。 特別是旁邊的西餅店,西式、新潮、簡約、光綫光猛,跟公和這間老字號有很大的對比。鋪內改為沒有座位,全部是企位, 枱維持古老木大枱,我覺得可以接受。凍豆漿,$10杯,仍然好味,不太甜,唯一美中不足是堂食用即棄紙杯;凍豆腐花,$14碗,保持高水準,不太甜。帶了女兒們來吃,希望她們也有個美好的童年回憶。

通常在街邊見到煎壤三寶, 都會好自然地吃十元八塊. 但除了三寶以外, 還有什麼小食您通常都忍不住手的呢? 個人來說公和就係其一. 一來價錢平, 二來質素奇好.  今天經過, 就點了煎釀豆腐, 煎蘿蔔糕, 凍豆漿及凍豆花. 它還有腐乳賣的, 好大罐, 價錢可以看看圖片.蘿蔔糕方面, 雖然料不算太多而且較粉, 但勝在價性比高. 煎釀豆腐就絕對要試了, 豆腐香滑, 魚肉結實彈牙. 凍豆漿就當然豆味濃郁, 入口清甜. 有無糖版本供應的, 不要糖的朋友可以注意. 凍豆花超滑, 配合香口黃糖及糖水, 實在令人回味.

歷史的味道,係咸, 係甜? 係酸定係苦?經常行過的公和荳品,今日終於有機會食一下餐牌其實都係幾範嘢,豆腐花、豆漿、蘿蔔糕、煎釀豆腐等入到舖頭,已經感受到個份歷史氣氛 見到公和個老招牌諗番起其實佢係同九龍城寨同啟德機場並存過, 加埋佢個張100年既商標註冊證,今次係食緊活生生既歷史全場都係企位,本來人哋就唔係做餐廳架喇, 同埋呢啲都係小食, 唔係比你慢慢磨既地方叫左蘿蔔糕、釀豆腐加埋個豆漿做個小下午茶 得意地,舖頭要求糕同豆腐係要雙數咁叫雖然呢兩範野食都係方太教煮餸:整定, 保暖比你 但完全無失望先講豆腐,表面薄薄一層魚肉襯埋佢個香滑豆腐,唔好以為佢太姑寒唔比多肉你,就係因為魚肉夠薄,先體現到豆腐既香滑結實 魚肉用料唔差,唔會霉, 豆腐實淨而不硬即係你咬落舊豆腐度都仲可以唔散開,豆香又夠, 歷史沉澱既實力,令佢同平時街市既豆腐不可同日而語 旁邊有辣醬甜醬,可以當佢係臭豆腐黎吃蘿蔔糕有少少唔明做乜會係公和出現,佢同釀豆腐一樣結實 有啲似過年酒樓個種年糕,足料, 夠味, 煎得又唔太濃豆漿雖然唔係飲過最好既,但都豆香濃郁, 亦唔會杰口小小既下午茶, 歷史吞入肚, 滿足可惜小弟唔好腐乳, 唔係咁

I visit HK once a year and this is one of the places I always visit at least once. The quality of their tofu never wavered over the years. I ordered the hot ginger tofu this time and the tofu is silky smooth and you can taste the fragrance of the soy which is perfectly balanced with the ginger flavoured syrup. All these years, never disappoints.
