Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 呢間店嘅沙律真係好過癮🥗！一開始我就點咗個自選沙律盒，頭先仲以為沙律會干干地冇乜料，點知攞上手一陣重，係咪夠曬料啊！底層撲咗啲紅米飯，輕輕鋪開，再嚟就係喺上面堆滿咗四款唔同嘅Top-up，靚靚擺放，色彩繽紛得嚟靚仔又有食欲。每款沙律都有自己嘅特色，雜菜嗌得係「簡潔」兩個字，一啖入口就食到蔬菜原汁原味嘅清新。紅蘿蔔絲簡直爽口到不得了，啖啖脆，加咗啲酸汁更加提味！而家講啲韓式豆腐，微辣辣嘅，夠哂味道又唔會過火，夾啲紅米飯食，正！至於個紅椰菜沙律，諗起啲鈣同鐵質就知道健康值爆燈💡！Oh，唔可以唔提吓佢嗰個黑糯米紫薯椰奶奇亞籽布甸，好似食咗一口小宇宙咁，營養滿分又顧到口腹之慾，質感綿密得嚟每一啖都有驚喜，紫薯甜味剛剛好，真係食完心情都跟住好起嚟😋！話晒話嚟，食得開心最重要，間舖嘅氣氛又靜心，坐得舒服，食得開心，下次鐘意嚟食個健康午餐，記得留意呢間，食個沙律，輕鬆又唔愁！🍀

Have been there for several times. Almost every time I need to run for toilet in the afternoon At first I thought it might just be coincidence, but later I was convinced that the food there (especially the cold dishes) failed to meet proper hygienic stanards. Won't be there again. Watch out for your stomach.

    今日第一次去這店，感覺好好。因已是4:00pm, 點了兩杯Americano，無糖無奶，味好,因不是酸那些咖啡，我鍾意。除了咖啡外，店也提供Vegan 全素的餅，也有幾種可選擇，價錢也不貴，二十幾蚊便可買到。這店也有提供全素的湯，也可以買健康新鮮的沙律，看來也很吸引。最好的 - 應是有環保的理念，如買沙律，自己拿盒每份平$7！可買細盒或大盒。我們坐下不久，店內的侍應知道我朋友要食全素的東西，什麼奶類的食物都不能食，又原來這店是收5:00pm,那位好有禮的侍應送上我朋友一份全素的熱湯，還非常好在紙上寫給我們湯裏的配料，給佢拿走！真是一個驚喜，好細心！還有，如在4：00pm 後，買沙律全是半價。有位客人入來買，自己帶盒，好大份，也好新鮮。我將來也會去試吓。我喜歡這店的環保，自然，新鮮的理念。很好，又一家好的地方可去。好friendly.

      用某app發現到原來中環有間咁既沙律店，就打算試下。都係揀下base同topping。base可以一半半係最開心。topping都有好多款式。佢份量都多，放得好滿的。stir-fried veggie最好就係用黎補充纖維同營養，味道正常既。蕃薯我下次唔會叫，主要係會太飽了！豆腐略嫌少少淡，不過係植物性蛋白質既好補充！個base既飯超級香！！！不過真心係幾飽的，不過下次都會揀番有飯既，因為好食。topping會揀多啲light啲既菜。總括黎講都係幾正！

      I go there often after my work out.  The Vietnamese noodle salad is a knockout (but menu changes) and you can tell they really put care into preparing the food and the menu.   What I really like is that they don't rely on Impossible or "processed vegan meat".  Most of their dishes are veggies prepared in a delicious way.  I now prefer them to my gym's cafe (SHHHH).  Nice little enclave!

        Would like to have something clean for lunch so I came to Fresca todayThe proportion is quite big even I ordered a small size. It is included with lettuce salad with vinegar and three toppings as well.I chose noodles , tofu and broccoli for toppings .The broccoli is bit spicy .I love the tofu the most.
