To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 大暑，星期日突然想去淺水灣。熱到爆炸，但又肚餓，間間餐廳要不就擠到爆，要不就好靜。入到呢間，沒二人桌，座左個communal table. 都OK，對著個海灘。order 左English Breakfast同埋 Eggs Benedict, 再加埋 iced americano. 食物同咖啡都好味，雖然唔好勁勁好食，但都好有驚喜。雖然好多遊客同好忙，但服務都好周到細心。買單時，個server 同我哋道歉因爲要我哋同日share table. 其實張table好大，又對著海，我哋完全沒唔滿意，還好開心。下次去海灘一定再來呢間。 continue reading

今次揸車去到淺水灣，同老公過下二人世界🥰沿着沙灘行到淺水灣廣場，地下呢間餐廳好開陽，望住個公園，吹下海風，沿途有人放狗跑步，唔怕曬嘅我特意坐門口位。（可以打卡📸️）我哋order 一個 All day breakfast🥓🥖🍳🍅 、一個 burger🍔，一杯Ice cappuccino, 一杯Ice Mocha 份量還可以，可能因為都係早餐，未食到太多嘢😅 continue reading
