位於粉嶺聯和墟的聯和市場經過翻新後準備開幕,近日開始試業,今天與家人到這個新的文創區遊走,因只是試業中很多店舖還未開,所以走了一下就到正正在聯和市場後門很有名氣的中菜飯館「新漢記」提早用膳。我們傍晚5:45入座,當時餐廳已有一半滿座,只剩大枱而且全都是訂位的,剛好只剩一台Walk in就給了我們,到了6:30左右已經全院滿座,大家是專程去的,可能真的是預早訂位較好。餐廳主打地道客家菜,雖然看似一般的菜式入口卻是另一番風味,是從來沒有吃過的味道。自家製蝦子紅燒九棍魚腐 $138非常推介及有驚喜,比一般魚腐彈牙,由保留着平常食到魚腐的軟綿綿感覺,魚味超濃郁,外層有酥鬆的口感。金牌蝦醬骨 $168 我都不禁講一句甘香油爽,每一件都充滿着蝦醬的味道,肉質酥鬆,下酒或配飯一流。自家製手打一品鮮魚麵 $168非常難以形容,魚麵有別於一般坊間食到的,完全沒有粉感,魚味濃郁相當彈牙,有可能是以全魚肉製成?反正就是很合我口味並以蛋絲、蘿蔔、芹菜、蔥及豬油渣等配料伴炒,一口一口的就不想停。豆醬炒青瓜苗(時令)$128 青瓜苗清甜爽口,以類似普寧豆寧的黃豆醬伴炒,豆醬及醬油份量控制得很好,沒有突兀的鹹味,反為青瓜苗提鮮,令青瓜苗更清甜。豬油缽仔飯 $18 以油醋樽上豬油及醬油,可以自行調配份量,豬油是暖暖的,建議逐少逐少加入醬油。佢 continue reading

約左小學同學食飯,佢搬左黎粉嶺,話新漢記係粉嶺北區人必食,夠正宗。6點入座,已經好多客人,好熱鬧,經理熱情招待。砵頭老雞湯燉新鮮豬肉餅$168未見用燉盅蒸肉餅,燉湯好清甜,係雞湯味道,肉餅入口鬆化,送一碗白飯。自家製黃酒炒雞 $188 有大量薑粒,紅棗爆炒雞,真係好養生,有香濃嘅黃酒味,係好正宗嘅客家口味。第一次食白灼西芹bb ,叫水果西芹。,每一口都係好爽脆新嫩。炸豆腐同平時嘅潮州豆腐口感唔一樣,口感比較滑。前菜嘅醃蘿蔔同埋豆角都好開胃。價錢屬於中價以上,不過菜式特別,要朋友破費喇,多謝。 continue reading
