有時lunchtime 會在Cali-Mex買外賣回公司吃，酸酸辣辣很惹味的。這次不太餓，又怕飯氣攻心，所以選擇了Burrito Bowl，雖然還是有些黃飯，但沒有了那餅皮確是沒那麼飽肚的。這次選了Grilled chicken，spiciness就是mild－－好味道，而且吃畢有點唔夠喉，自己另外加一罐Coke Zero，正哂！小妹還未去過墨國，不知道這裡算不算是正宗，但以我在美國時食Mexican的記憶來說，Cali-Mex的execution真的算是OK，最重要是開胃一點，稍稍為累或沉悶的工作間一間場吧。中環人不妨考慮一下這個lunch option。

墨西哥快餐在美國很流行，在香港不算太多，分店最多的應該算是 Cali Mex，常見的快餐款式如捲餅 (Burritos)、墨西哥薄餅(Quesadillas)、墨西哥夾餅 (Tacos)、玉米片(Nachos) 等都有。餐廳以連鎖店形式經營，主要集中在港島，位於中環蘭桂坊的舖面是立食店，即站著吃，快食快閃。開放式廚房，可以見到配料枱，店員就在人客面前即叫即做。點餐方法也得簡單，先點食物款式，再配搭餡料，然後揀辣度，若添配料須另外加錢。墨西哥食物一向給人火辣的感覺， 辣汁更是遠近聞名，這裡能讓客人因應個人接受程度，自由選擇辣度，放心位。四人晚餐，先點兩個捲餅，分別配搭了雞肉黑豆 $79，和菠菜黑豆及牛油果蓉 $96。皮層柔靭，餡料多，除了自選的食材外，還有墨西哥大米、蕃茄碎、芝士及酸忌廉，層次很豐富。兩個捲餅之中，後者更好吃，菠菜質感軟稔，配著牛油果蓉及辣汁，是較清新醒胃。至於在份量方面，捲身有前手臂般粗，半個已差不多等於一碗飯！即使男士吃，也不用擔心不夠飽肚，食量少的女生二至三人分享一捲餅亦非不可。再來兩個沙律，依然大份量，前者選了香辣牛肉牛油果蓉加中辣汁 $106，兜在 Tacos 炸成碗子裡，真正可以「連碗也吃光」。不想吃得油膩，可在點餐時省卻炸 Tacos 碗。這個是巴哈魚﹐配上辣汁牛油果蓉 $116，魚烤得香脆，加上很搭調的醬汁，滿足。快餐一般給人感覺不健康，今次吃旳款式都搭上大量豆類和蔬菜，在繁忙都巿之中，也有健康的選擇，加上份量方面大大份，價格人均 $100 有找，晩飯快靚正的選擇。
