原來登龍街開左LAB MADE,我都係經過鵝頸橋見到有人拎住食先上網CHECK下新推出有伯爵茶焦糖脆入口之後earl grey嘅香味停留係口腔嘅感覺真係好幸福啊上面嘅caramel crunch我食到好似有d香橙味咁?!不過都ok嘅但係個cream就好似有點同個伯爵茶雪糕唔係好夾咁~唔知係咪位置有點隱閉,人流不多,店員好似欠缺點笑容喇 continue reading

是夜飯聚,友人早到,去了Lab Made 分子雪糕專門店。小妹到時,其已買了一杯黑糖鮮奶焙茶雪糕$44。友人邀請小妹一齊分享,小妹也就老實不客氣地,拿起小匙,吃著黑糖鮮奶焙茶雪糕。雪糕以香濃的焙茶雪糕,加上幼滑忌廉、黑糖和脆米炮製而成,吃下去,啖啖帶煙燻味的茶香,多了一份甜味和脆口,整體味道挺清爽清新的,雪糕質感細滑帶冰感,頗適宜夏日享用。友人卻嫌雪糕有茶的苦澀,只淺嚐數口,大部份由小妹吃掉。 continue reading

I was early for dinner at Jamie's Italian and the others had not arrived so I got some icecream to cool down.There was a new hojicha latte flavour so I tried it.It was topped with cream, rice crispies and brown sugar syrup.The syrup was really good and mellowed out the bitterness of the hojicha flavour. continue reading

是晚兩位女生吃罷中式小菜,因甜品選擇不合胃而決定轉場!忽然記得袋中有兩張分子雪糕卷,就決定稍移玉步行過隔離街換左佢!今期的四款口味!有我喜歡的腐竹雞蛋糖水味!分子雪糕係即叫即做,我是用禮券的,所以收費是waive 了!單上印有編號,看著螢光幕的號碼領取雪糕就可以!等左五至十分鐘左右就到我拎~不過發生左一件小事,在等食的時候,我見到之前嗰個客最上面嗰層sauce 係用吱吱樽吱上去嘅,而到整我嗰杯時,女店員剛剛由大樽轉細樽,去到最底又好難轉入細樽,我睇住佢想淋落去,立即叫住唔好淋呀,淋落去好醜樣㗎!不過佢唔理照倒落去,個成品立即似baby food !本身分子雪糕已經係半溶化仲要一野淋落去,仲要叫住都仲唔停!嬲到我啤行呀!杯雪糕我㗎!之後女店員話,你用啲Filter,美圖秀秀執左先放上網咪一樣!本來都無咁火的,執唔執相使你教!我而家覺得好核突連食都唔想食,咪應該多謝你隻神來之筆呢!男店員應該聞到火藥味,話整過杯俾我!咁就算啦,等多五分鐘囉!講返杯雪糕,我揀左腐竹雞蛋糖水味,延續是晚的小廚中菜風,呢個味道我食過好幾次,每次食都會覺得好驚為天人,之後又會記得自己食過!豆腐味雖濃郁,但整體好清新唔漏!今晚食仲襯托到我啲怒火!因為我都有post instagram, 即晚好快已經有餐廳負責人inbox 返我,問我發生了什麼事,customers care 做得幾好是真的!呢個笑臉係俾杯雪糕同CS,因為真係好食同感受到佢地嘅誠意,但唔包那位教我執相的女店員,我下次亦唔會再去呢間舖,反正間間餐牌一樣!Sorry! continue reading
