最近木嘴個嘴真係好繁忙,今次因為中學同學就結婚,佢要搵機會派炸彈俾木嘴,所以促成左今次既飯局。我心諗既然俾人炸,咁就提議食下韓國炸雞啦,我又俾人炸隻雞又俾人炸,命運一樣,夠晒應景。木嘴既朋友又話想食喎,咁最後就揀左呢間喺銅鑼灣既韓國炸雞喇。8點零鐘去到間舖,食客唔多,唔洗驚會比人催交檯,有咩都可以慢慢傾。見佢墊檯紙寫住叫我忘記以前既炸雞,心諗有無咁浮誇咁有自信呀,木嘴仲以為呢個世界上無人浮誇得過自己,去到呢間鋪先至發現遇到對手。另外,周圍又貼滿雜誌報導講呢間炸雞店評分最高,林林總總,令木嘴既懷疑,又有D期待呢度D野食有幾巴閉。睇睇Menu,發現炸雞都有好幾款選擇,而由於木嘴同朋友夾埋只係得三條友,就算個個胃生蟲都無可能試晒咁多款,最終揀左個雙拼炸雞 (蒜味雞x甜辣炸雞) 同埋 芝粉雞。嗌完之後等候時間普通啦,我地飲完1 round之後D炸雞就出爐食得。先試左個蒜味炸雞,蒜味濃,皮脆,仲帶D甜味,我估係加左蜜糖。肉質亦唔鞋口,不過最大問題係有一兩舊雞比較重腥味同紅紅地色,似係雪左好耐,今木嘴食欲大減。反而隻甜辣炸雞木嘴我就幾鐘意,佢入口係辣既,但唔係辣到食到出晒汗果隻。濃稠既醬汁辣辣地又甜甜地,岩岩好掛響炸雞度,雖然D雞都似雪得耐,但D醬汁遮蓋左呢樣野,D辣味食食下真係會令人食到上癮。芝粉雞就雞如其名,好似將一堆芝士粉倒左落炸雞度咁。雖然係好多粉,但又無我想像中咁鹹,不過衰就衰在D芝士粉一路食一路跌落黎,食得木嘴非常狼狽,令木嘴想保持食野儀態失敗,淪為無教養既街邊阿嬋。建議如果係情侶既話又唔想俾對方睇到自己肉酸食相就唔好叫呢味喇,如果因為隻芝粉雞令到分手就唔抵啦。總括黎講都幾好既,但係咪真係可以令木嘴忘記以前既炸雞呢...木嘴只能講句,做人不要太浮誇,哈哈。 continue reading

晚上10點,肚餓仔,但同一班勁勁勁人,跑完定向仍然有氣有力由灣仔行到黎銅鑼灣食野,超驚嘆。毫無準備下,就行到黎食到炸雞,超級開心到一個點我地一行5人,超perfect,試到勁多野食孖寶炸雞蜂蜜粟米片同芝士粉炸雞各有特色,同樣好味,皮脆肉juicy, 除咗G 字頭炸雞外我另一超級推介既炸雞當然我私心就投票俾蜂蜜炸雞呢個係龍蝦汁海鮮飯個汁好濃味,成個飯都係好味既海鮮面睇個樣係heahea 地,不過面好彈牙,湯都係好味既粉絲炒年糕另一個我的推介佢年糕同粉絲既份量好balance, 粉絲勁煙un, 好耐冇食過呢種唔辣又高質既粉絲年糕總體來講,超推介呢間餐廳 continue reading

韓國文化真是十分強勁,無論無影視,食物,美容及衣著都影響到好多不同的地方,令我也深深愛上韓國的食物! 星期五的晚上又約左好朋友一起去食炸雞🍗🍗🍗啦!今次d間食肆係朋友選擇的,8點幾去到并不需要等位!一眼已經被menu的食物吸引,好似好勁咁!一心想食炸🍗🍗,當然要叫啦佢有多種選擇分別有原味,柚子味,芝士味,蒜蓉味等等...我叫的是蒜蓉味!最少叫10件雞,上面已淋上醬汁及有點蒜蓉!炸漿較硬,不夠鬆脆,但雞肉不會過老,味道尚算okay,不會過咸!芝士牛肉鍋飯~攪拌時芝士起絲,十分邪惡,牛肉好嫩不會老,小小辣!喜出望外的選擇!叫了杯特飲,芒果涼浸浸特飲芒果味不算突出,但有汽lemonade 酸酸地幾醒神!如果想試炸雞的朋友,在銅鑼灣應該會有幾好的選擇! continue reading

好耐都冇係香港食過炸雞今年食過幾次炸雞都係係韓國食啱啱8月食個間真心好好食之後就開始挑起咗我條根番到香港無時無刻都好想好想食炸雞第一次食呢間bbq chicken既原因係因為秀智係代言人所以黎試下捧下場今次就係友人話想再encore黎食今次我哋冇叫有cheese個個炸雞就叫咗個最原本既炸雞即係黃金橄欖炸雞同埋一個小型部隊鍋首先講下個部隊鍋先size就真係好小型有午餐肉餃子蟹柳丸大荳芽菜當然就係有主打既韓國拉麵啦不過就真係好辣好辣我本身只係食到少少辣所以就梗係覺得好辣但同行友人都算食得辣既人都覺得好辣所以怕食辣既就唔好叫呢一個啦呢度既炸雞係暫時我係香港食既炸雞算係最好個間雞好嫩滑而炸粉既份量啱啱好唔會話一食落去個感覺成口都係粉但食完又唔會話覺得特別熱氣呢個係6件雞2個人share每人3件都夠哂 continue reading

之前趁着同朋友一齊有假放就去咗銅鑼灣行下街,中午來行街之前就去食個午餐,就想食韓國嘢,BBQ Chicken呢間野之前去韓國玩都見到呢個標籤,證明真係過江龍唔係流嘢喎!入去之後睇睇餐牌,選擇都幾多!就諗返起之前去咗食嘅金沙蝦球,呢個白金沙炸雞$148有10隻仲要係限量供應。未黎嘢食之前,首先有前菜蘿蔔同埋泡菜~白金沙炸雞果然外皮做得好香脆,好粉嘅感覺。裏面的雞肉同時好鮮嫩同埋保持左裏面嘅水份,不過兩個人食嘅話10件就真係比較多,建議三至四個人先至叫會比較好🤣隔離仲有一啲已經炸過嘅葉(可以食)。醬牛花卷$68(16件)本身諗住揀蟹肉花卷,點知暫停供應,咁就唯有揀過第二樣,牛都唔錯。裏面啲牛肉唔會太有鬆肉粉嘅感覺,整體做得幾好,細細舊但係飯粒都幾軟熟夠水份,唔會太硬。而且裏面除咗牛之外,亦都有蘿蔔、青瓜同埋芝麻、所以配搭辣醬係口感非常豐富。紫薯雪山$63通常紫薯都係中伏,不過今次就真係「明知山有虎、偏向虎山行」試一試佢。來到個紫薯味道真係非常之紫薯,而且雪山啲冰都算係幼細,不過當然都有少少大粒嘅,不過咁大舊都好難避免冇可能全部都整得咁均一。分量都係好大,仲要隔離有啲藍莓都幾健康。由於選擇轉餐牌內食物可以加$12就可以飲梳打,我哋就要每人揀咗一個梳打,一個係青檸梳打,一個係香桃梳打。都幾清新,雖然唔知點解兩個表面都係有一片檸檬,夏日炎炎最啱就係飲呢啲梳打類嘅特飲!如果鍾意飲酒嘅話就可以試吓呢個餐牌嘅飲品。 continue reading
