周末,雷暴下去離島之計劃打消,IFC人太多便來看看。環境一流,相信平日已反映在價格之上。但周末午餐只是百多元,食環境一點不貴。餐湯南瓜湯沒太多驚喜,反而朋友的沙律前菜味道不錯,可惜小弟面皮沒厚到要拍朋友碟上的食物😅豬腩肉賣相很不錯,口感沒想像中嫩滑,但仍不錯。四個人再點了枝白酒,伴著海邊而坐,沒幾多枱食客,慢食慢談。同等價錢,在國金可能要排半小時和被催還交枱了。

I have always loved this place for its harbourview especially at night but service remains a big question mark. It (Service) has just never been very good right from the get go.

Recalling from my memory of Watermark, crispy crab cakes and lobster linguini were both my favorite dishes and looks like one of them (crab cakes) is still on the menu after all these years. The current executive chef of the restaurant is Chef Zero Yu, who used to helm the kitchen at Top Deck.

All of us decided to go for the set menu and took the warm mozzarella tart with cherry tomatoes, onion, basil and root vegetables as our starter over the cauliflower soup (boring!). Despite its dull presentation, I thought the mozzarella cheese tart did taste alright. The cherry tomatoes were sweet and tasty as if they have just came straight from the farm (Grade: 3/5).

I thought all three main dishes we ordered were pretty good despite the simple combination of ingredients (Yes, I agree there were no pleasant surprises when it came down to food combinations). The charcoal grilled rib-eye, in particular, was drawing raving reviews for its generous portion. Yes, it's not the same fine dining temple it used to be but it's great value for money for a harbourview restaurant.

各位,這篇不是食評,只是想有圖有真相講出餐廳的經營管理手法超級有問題。本人在5月19號晚上從Openrice Tablemap預約於6月2號的下午一時半到餐廳用膳,並因為想預留窗口位望海景,所以翌日致電餐廳安排坐海景位,而員工的回覆告知是可以的。到6月1號,即是出席前一天,本人的e-mail也收到由Tablemap發出的「提示出席」的通知,一切似乎是理所當然。直至6月2號當天,我和友人到達餐廳,女員工才知告餐廳正在裝修沒有營業,事前曾經致電過本人但未有人接聽。本人因為在一星期前不在港可能真的無法收到電話,但我好肯定本人在港這一星期內從來無收過餐廳的來電。我詢問女員工幾時得知餐廳要裝修的事宜,她只是說:「一知道已經立即通告客人。」我再追問為何你們沒有在booking前一、兩日再嘗試致電客人,她更草草了事地說:「曾經打過電話,打唔到既唔會再打。」直到6月3號晚上,本人才收到email看到由餐廳發出的「確定取消預約」通知。可見,餐廳是有能力可以一早在網上與客人取消booking,但餐廳卻沒有如此做過,更在booking之後才獨自取消預約,又有何意思?本人對事件如此憤怒是因為一早打算為朋友慶祝

直到6月3號晚上,本人才收到email看到由餐廳發出的「確定取消預約」通知。可見,餐廳是有能力可以一早在網上與客人取消booking,但餐廳卻沒有如此做過,更在booking之後才獨自取消預約,又有何意思?

本人對事件如此憤怒是因為一早打算為朋友慶祝6月2號的正日生日而來臨吃飯,結果便弄得我和朋友也掃興而不愉快收場。所以奉勸各位就算預約到此餐廳吃飯的客人,也不要過份相信餐廳的辦事能力,當天或前一日請親自再致電餐廳確認booking才對。

叫佢調張bb 椅都西晒面,已好不滿,點知嚟塊手扒叫7成,差唔多well done, 同佢講,仲要話有中間粉紅色係7成,切俾佢睇,佢先記得同我換刀,唔換咪算又呢又路,最後反而係西面佬送野了事,兩個叔台似响茶記做多啲,花園餐廳啲叔叔都好態度過佢2000蚊一餐唔係咩高級野,但你都唔駛送埋西面我吃

2000蚊一餐唔係咩高級野,但你都唔駛送埋西面我吃

想找一間環境清靜浪漫的地方 於是上網找了Watermark. 位於中環碼頭 一到碼頭就會見到門口。 侍應安排我們坐最出的位置。維港景色十分優美食物方面,和朋友share一份肉眼扒及龍蝦 說真的,份量太小 龍蝦幾口就吃完,不過味道還好龍蝦上芝士汁,芝士又不會蓋過龍蝦本身的鮮甜味值得一讚!牛扒味道亦不過不失。只是真的太小了叫了5成熟,肉質剛剛好!不會太生令到肉汁完全保留,完全鎖緊在牛肉內價錢亦不算太親民 各$398希望下次去的時候,份量可以再大一點可能環境已佔了食物價錢的一大部分。

說真的,份量太小 龍蝦幾口就吃完,不過味道還好
龍蝦上芝士汁,芝士又不會蓋過龍蝦本身的鮮甜味
值得一讚!

牛扒味道亦不過不失。只是真的太小了
叫了5成熟,肉質剛剛好!不會太生
令到肉汁完全保留,完全鎖緊在牛肉內

價錢亦不算太親民 各$398
希望下次去的時候,份量可以再大一點


可能環境已佔了食物價錢的一大部分。
