之前同朋友講開現在好難找到一間好食嘅牛腩河,朋友就推薦我去大埔陳漢記不過我覺得有點遠所以一直都沒有試,今日突然好想食牛腩可遠就遠啦去試一試,一点去到要排隊咁遠來到都要排啦,我最初以為得粉麵食原來有好多野食,不過我一心都係想食牛腩可當然就叫牛腩河啦老公就食咖哩牛腩飯,牛腩河一到見有好多餸第一時間飲啖湯試試湯底先~果然夠香濃牛腩唔韌好食再加點辣椒油老公個咖哩牛腩飯都好好食再加杯凍檸茶~正,我見有好多人食腸粉同炸雞髀可能好好食下次一定會再來試試其他

今日行過大埔呢一間陳漢記,見有啲肚餓, 而且lunch嘅時候亦都唔係太夠飽,咁就入去陳漢記叫左碗艇仔粥再加上個叉燒腸, 佢個腸粉到ok。就係啲師兄師姐講嘅玻璃腸,咁我覺得佢個腸粉皮都ok嘅,都唔係太差,行過嘅朋友都可以試下嘅。

天氣凍就會想吃煲仔飯,晚上黎到就已經要排長隊,好多人來吃等到差不多到你員工就會先問你要食咩,點完餐入到坐要等好耐,應該是即點即煮,我們就先叫可樂飲。臘味滑雞煲仔飯(HKD67) 料十足,有淋上醬油的話,吃到底會有飯焦,臘味好味,而且雞滑嫩。鳳爪排骨煲仔飯(HKD53),鳳爪排骨就像平時酒樓食的味道,肉嫩,飯香。食物是沒問題,不過侍應態度好差,問多樣野就會被人話,問要等幾耐才上煲仔飯,態度回應不太好。

夜媽媽係大埔想食宵夜,衣間粥舖相信好多大埔人都識,d粥夠大碗,價錢合理,而且選擇非常多,就算係粥同腸粉都好多款,夜晚仲有煲仔飯。是日叫左生滾鮮魚片粥,一碟牛肉腸粉同一條油炸鬼。腸粉好滑,都幾多牛肉,配埋個豉油好正。仲要有三大條,女仔一定食唔晒。油炸鬼外脆內軟,我就鐘意浸落個粥到一齊食,好好果。個粥睇相都見到好大碗,一個女仔應該淨係食碗粥都飽,好多魚,係咁食都仲有,個粥好有魚味,一食就知真係生滾,好香。

抗疫期間去大埔取口罩,一定去試陳漢記啦.........真的一試難忘。腸粉晶瑩通透,入口即溶,豬膶切幼絲,易吞、易食,簡直想再來一碟😋😋😋花蟹粥味道也不錯,一隻小蟹一碗粥,沒有碎骨,仲有🦀🦀蟹膏,幾十蚊碗簡直超值呀。腐乳通菜看似普通油菜,只需一口後便會整碟吃掉,香滑的腐乳從未食過,要叫菜的話可以一試。壓軸重頭戲的崩沙腩,有口感,嚼嚼下有咬口,不黏牙縫,每片刀功一流,一筷一口,配上樽裝可樂,將近日的悶氣也一一消取🤩🤩🤩

不知所謂! 今晚點左個豬潤粥外賣,竟然食到兩條魚骨,原本想卑生病的小孩子食,好彩拒地無胃口無食,否則梗骨便不堪設想,完全是離嗮譜,以後唔會再幫櫬!! Totally ridiculous!

聖誕節晚上沒有去叫聖誕大餐,反而去大埔食陳漢記,平時都要排長龍,諗住今日聖誕節,啲人應該都會出去食聖誕大餐,唔會食中餐,應該唔會太多人,不過事實係都有好多人排隊,要排成半個鐘先有位。今次分別點了公司臘味煲仔飯、滑雞牛肉潤腸煲仔飯、炸兩、白灼魚皮同腐乳通菜。先講煲仔飯,公司臘味當中包括了臘腸、潤腸同臘肉,都幾香,但如果有埋臘鴨應該會更加香;另一個滑雞牛肉加潤腸,啲雞都真係幾滑,牛肉片亦幾大塊,而且都有幾多件雞同牛肉,整體份量都幾多。同時亦都叫咗碟炸兩,不過就一般,無咩特別;反而碟腐乳通菜幾有驚喜,啲腐乳真係幾香,配合埋通菜真係幾好食。白灼魚皮就都算爽口,但無咩味道,係要靠豉油先有啲味。
