上星期三好想食牛扒,於是上網搜尋,搵到呢間灣仔意大利餐廳 ,打電話去訂枱,早段時間已經客滿,只有8:45後有位置,要食好野要等真係冇所謂,所以同朋友附近行陣街。我地準時到達,我地四個人都係第一次黎,餐廳員工詳細介紹餐廳特色和時令食材。最後點選三款前菜: 有時令西西里島哈密瓜配火腿 ,山羊奶芝士配清爽意大利啤梨,雞肝醬多士。意粉只點一份自家製手捲意粉牛面肉醬。係傳統意大利食譜牛扒選擇了1kg 熟成連骨大肉眼(佢地選用美國super prime),牛肉四成熟加配波菜和焗薯。肥美牛扒和熟成味道一流。最後我點了所有甜品,只得3款,各有特色傳統Tiramisu,清香蘋果蛋糕和肉桂忌廉, 巨大蛋白霜蛋糕。用膳期間會聽到員工大聲唱意大利文生日歌祝賀客人,大家都聽到好開心和鼓掌,好似全餐廳一齊慶祝甘。食完呢餐,下星期要努力做運動。總結:價錢有少少貴,不過物有所值,好似係意大利甘,每位員工都友善服務和親切,食物質素掂,氣氛開心。

意粉只點一份自家製手捲意粉牛面肉醬。係傳統意大利食譜
牛扒選擇了1kg 熟成連骨大肉眼(佢地選用美國super prime),牛肉四成熟加配波菜和焗薯。
肥美牛扒和熟成味道一流。
最後我點了所有甜品,只得3款,各有特色
傳統Tiramisu
,清香蘋果蛋糕和肉桂忌廉, 巨大蛋白霜蛋糕。
用膳期間會聽到員工大聲唱意大利文生日歌祝賀客人,大家都聽到好開心和鼓掌,好似全餐廳一齊慶祝甘。
食完呢餐,下星期要努力做運動。
總結:價錢有少少貴,不過物有所值,好似係意大利甘,每位員工都友善服務和親切,食物質素掂,氣氛開心。

之前襯Black Sheep Restaurants推出Plated限定餐單,就去左試bookmark左好耐嘅Associazione  Chianti,因為Plated menu嘅套餐比平時a la carte 抵食好多! Associazione Chianti主打炭燒dye-aged 風乾牛排,Bistecca alla Fiorentina係必嗌!大塊T  Bone牛扒,牛扒切得厚厚,肉味濃郁,肉質嫩滑,肉汁豐富,仲有炭火焦香味!冇誇張,真係暫時係香港食過最好食嘅牛扒!

Costata: 350g boneless ribeye, rich in flavour. 肉質都幾嫰滑,好彩呢個肉眼上枱先,如果唔係一黎就食個1kg t-bone都唔知點算(因為好大份會食飽左)。

Bistecca alla Fiorentina: 1kg t-bone steak, thick_cut and cooked medium rare in true Florentine fashion. 呢個就係1kg t-bone,真係好夠份量肉香油香樣樣齊,肉質方面比較厚實有肉味。我地加左個配菜Broccolini都好香好好味,加埋啲檸檬汁好清新。

朋友生日,選了此店有三個原因。第一、侍應會圍過來用意大利文唱生日歌,香港絕少餐廳做到。肯定難忘。第二、食物質素很高,雖然以扒馳名,但其實先慢煮,再用牛油香煎的雞胸,送來時牛油汁滋滋響,又熱、又香,超美味。Bistecca alla Fiorentina 很大塊,要三至四人才可吃完。第三、它的Meringata甜品,大件得來,不會heavy, 每次必點。蛋白餅鬆脆,cream好輕身,再加上士多啤梨、藍莓、朱古力碎,必吃推介。其實餐前奉上的雜菜,新鮮爽脆,點埋個汁,既健康,又好吃。小小的脆包,也是特色之一。枱上用Chianti 酒樽插上臘燭,也是此店的標誌。牆上掛上的刀,也是打卡位。

Not worth it at all, the best thing about our meal was the complimentary garlic knot.. the pasta was undercooked - it was hard to chew. The steak was so bland, might as well spend less at another restaurant for better quality. You are really just paying for the ambience, then again you can get that else where too for a more decent price point.
