来意大利餐厅当然要试试提拉米苏,Heidi平实也爱在家做各种配方的提拉米苏,抱着欣赏和学习的态度,我们一匙羹舀到底,不能错过任何一层口味的融合。巧克力在越带酒味的mascarpone中融化,不过并没有像一般提拉米苏那样做很多层的铺垫,这个提拉米苏80%都应该是那浓郁的mascarpone奶酪,底部软化的手指饼略显单薄,也没有带出咖啡的味道,不知道是不是厨师特意做的改良,不过Heidi还是更喜欢真正传统的提拉米苏。

点这道甜品,是因为服务员说这道的摆盘与众不同,可能期许了太多,端出来的那一刹那我们并没有太被惊艳到。甚至有点觉得乱糟糟的感觉,不知道是什么,也许厨师是想用一种泼墨式的方式让食物看似很随意的撒在一起,来衬托它“森林花园”的名字。不过,这道甜品的味道倒是胜过摆盘很多,爽口的草莓雪芭和带有绿茶粉的柚子乳酪完美结合,甜中略带微酸,最后一点苦苦的巧克力在嘴里化开,还留有跳跳糖在嘴里蹦蹦跳跳,确实是色彩鲜艳,口感多样。

“我对不同领域的想法,不仅仅是时尚,餐厅和咖啡馆也是一个合理的延伸。”在这里,Armani Aqua将音乐、美食、设计美学等概念融汇在一起,为我们展示了一代意大利名师的休闲生活哲学。

The aesthetic presentation of my coconut mousse impresses very much from the first sight. I definitely recommend you to try this restaurant as there is a wide variety of starters at the buffet bar like oysters, parma ham and melon, mini scallops, sashimi, you name it. I love the oysters so much...juicy and fresh! However, the mini scallops were a bit tough.
For the main course, I immediately chose grilled chicken paillard when i saw the menu as this served with my fav. truffle cream sauce. The chicken matched perfectly with the sauce and the chicken breast was very tender as well.

One thing to note is that this is a semi-buffet brunch with an appetizer buffet. I always love semi-buffet style as i want a proper main dish instead of getting it at the buffet bar myself. Other Info. : If you are a wine lover, definitely choose the one with unlimited drinks (just pay HKD150 more) so that you could enjoy their champagne and cocktails. Otherwise, you could choose the basic one as there is still some fruit juice you could enjoy by getting it at the buffet bar.

One of the most gorgeous restaurant i have ever been in honestly. Everything was classy and neat.

The brunch here is great especially Armani Aqua serves two countries of dishes. Italian and Japanese. Lets start off with Italian. When you first walk into Armani Aqua restaurant during brunch time, you can already see bunch of delicious Italian dishes. What i like to grab for Italian dishes are, Prawn And Mussel Platter, cause i love seafoods but except for the Fresh Oysters, reason why is because the oysters has too much sea water taste. For the rest that i like to grab from the Armani Aqua brunch Italian dishes is Octopus Carpaccio, Parma ham, smoked salmon, Italian platter and so on, they're all fresh.

For the Japanese dishes that i like is Tofu bean curd, Udon noodles, of course Sushi and Maki and last but not least, Sashimi.
They all taste fresh aswell. During brunch time they also have kids play room which is adorable. Its good that kids could play along than just sitting down. Kids can at least enjoy.

But what i don't like is the table is too small. If im gonna add up some more food, the space isn't enough. So is with the Air conditioner. When its on, its too cold. But when its off, its too hot. But other than that, everything is just stunningly gorgeous.

入到去,呢度buffet 分兩part ,有sushi 同埋西餐之分!sushi 嗰part 還可以,因為都幾難唔好食,除非唔新鮮,只不過款色未夠吸引!但西餐嗰part ,就真係失望嘅!
基本上得盆沙律才,係幾新鮮,但略嫌得一盆,冇得揀,沙律汁款式唔夠多,加上我取時,D汁又冇加過!D蠔又瘦又細隻,又得一款,問下個waitress D蠔邊個國家,佢話唔知喎,連基本嘅蠔汁都冇提供,最慘係連lemon都要喺隔離盆海鮮盆攞,乜lemon好貴咩?個海鮮盆都幾吸引,但長期都浸住D冰水(冰溶左水)內,令我怕D水唔乾凈,唔敢攞!盆cold cut ,好似有種潺咁(幾核突)!盆車厘茄芝士,喺我至愛,但我要揀下D cherry tomato有冇爛!都唔敢食咁多!唯有搶食多D sushi!! 之後order main啦!朋友點左個羊食,好蘇,好干,好鞋,D汁好咸!到dessert 希望好D,但唔難食囉!
其實本身上左open rice 幾年都只係睇下附近有咩好野推薦,都冇諗住開post,因為好唔好食,都好主觀!但今次,仲有件事想分享!當我睇下有咩野食時,有一位高大嘅廚師同一位著西裝嘅人喺bar枱傾談,本身都冇理會,但當聽到嗰位廚師講話:五百幾蚊係食呢D啦,仲想點呀?!我有點失望,心諗,五百幾蚊好過你幾倍大把!聽完之後,更加決定唔會再嚟!

至於到main course, 食左個羊,D羊好鞋好干,D汁好咸!食左個魚,份量都幾細!!
Dessert:唔難食,但都唔好食囉!
其實,我本身上open rice幾年 都只係睇下有咩推介野食,冇諗住開a/c寫食評,但呢間餐廳仲有一件事,令我一定要喺度分享心情,因為都幾深刻!我喺bar枱拎野食時,有位高大嘅廚師同一位著西裝嘅人傾談,本身都冇理會,但突然聽到一句:5百幾蚊,你想點丫!我想出聲理論,但我為何要咁做呢?!講真5,6百蚊嘅lunch buffet好過你幾倍嘅真係多的是!

置地廣場推出的Be Inspired in Central藝術盛宴, 讓客人先在置地廣塲中庭欣賞藝術珍品, 然後就到餐廳享用以藝術展品為靈感的美食, 實在是難得的視覺與味覺的結合, 當中ARMANI/aqua的Pan fried Prawn and veal sweetbreads就美得像藝術品一般. 至於我們這次活動的下一站, 就是摘星了!

近來吃過不少Sunday Brunch, 但這間Armani/Aqua所提供的brunch, 卻讓人留下特別深刻的印象. 為何呢? 因為除了食物質素不俗之外, 其環境也令人難忘.踏入了餐廳大門口之後, 就會身處一條迷幻隧道, 內有紅色的燈光, 兩旁有多面全身鏡子. 迷幻隧道的盡頭, 就是一道門, 門打開, 就進入餐廳內了. 首先映入眼簾的, 便是buffet table. 有一樽樽以冰墊著的果汁, 有火腿類, 沙律菜, 生蠔, 蟹腳等等. 另一張buffet table, 則放置了各式各樣的刺身和壽司. 師傅即場製作壽司, 然後放在碟上, 繼而放在迴轉帶上, 讓食客自取.每逢週末, 週日及假期, 這餐廳都會提供semi brunch buffet, 由12點至3點半, 可以吃得悠閒, 不怕被人趕走.首先拿生蠔和蟹腳. 這兩款食物是必吃的. 生蠔並不是巨大型, 但也尚算厚肉爽口. 蟹腳很粗壯, 味道十分鮮美. 太正了! 不禁encore了幾次. 接著就吃刺身和壽司. 它們不單止色彩奪目, 而且全部都很新鮮, 尤其是三文魚更為肥美油潤哩. 另外, 壽司包得紮實, 不會輕易鬆散開來, 師傅的

配以巴馬火腿哈蜜瓜甚為清甜多汁, 而巴馬火腿本身也不死鹹, 這個配搭好match! 沙律菜青綠又爽脆, 不用加醬料也好味. 煙三文魚含有豐富魚油, yummy!

其實在buffet table拿取了幾round食物之後, 已經飽了大半, 幸好胃部還有空間容納主菜. 主菜有14款選擇, 我揀了Grilled Chilean sea bass with scallops and mushrooms in truffle soy. 厚身的鱸魚與帶子同樣是雪白無比, 前者屬嫩滑, 後者富彈性. 不過醬汁卻略為鹹了點, 破壞了鱸魚與帶子的鮮味.

今日朋友提議去中環 Armani Aqua 食午餐,上次來食午餐已經是幾個月前了、餐廳入口非常有型格、又有氣派、加上食物質素亦唔錯、所以都幾旺場!自己點了一份午餐、包含了頭盤、主菜和飲品!燒烤蝦配黑水橄醬、蝦都幾鮮味又加上了小小燒烤味再配以黑水橄醬提升了蝦的鮮味。低溫烤羊肋排、以低溫慢火烹煮、所有油脂都被迫出,入口一點油膩的感覺都冇、亦沒有羊羶味、只有羊肉鮮味。最後另外點了一份甜品、綠茶意式奶酪配黑芝麻雪糕!奶酪好香滑、綠茶配黑芝麻是絕配、入口軟滑並且混合了綠茶及芝麻味道。食物份量唔多但出品夠精巧、都幾好味道!在中環食一個有質素又有格調的午餐、絕對可以接受。
