Finally i can try this michelin restaurant, it was great and good service for sure.This is my first time to be there, i booked the table 3 weeks ago, it was quite full so please make sure you book it earlyFirst dish I highly recommended is Char siu, it was so juicy and unforgettable, and the citron sauce is a perfect match for the pork, and the staff used the gas lighter to melted the Char Siu fat, it was so yummy!And second one we ordered baked crab butter rice, the crab butter is so fresh and creamy, and the rice is a claypot rice, the texture is like a mixture of soft and hard, it was so surprise! And this is winter special, so please check before you be there.Because we go there for celebration the new year, so we also order some lucky meaning dish, like this one is call 發財瑤柱甫, it’s scallop with nostoc mixed Oyster sauce, the chef make it not too salty but also can put the umami from the ingredientsNowadays roast goose you can’t easy to find in Hong Kong, but finally can see the whole goose in this restaurant, the staff said they used the orange sauce to pickled all night long, and dry it 7 days, before serving the chef take out extra fat and skin, and used the home made sauce to enrich the dishes…查看更多
