預先喺OPENRICE訂位,被安排坐响玻璃窗前的BAR位,尚算舒適,有陽光射入黎感覺唔錯。Lunch Time,無Lunch Set,a la carte咁叫。兩個女仔,各人點了一杯飲品,一個pizza,一個pasta,埋單 $488我點了凍Americano 減水量一半,侍應聽到時有點錯愕但也願意配合,咖啡味幾濃,Nutty,唔酸。朋友點了seasonal 特飲,oolong tea shake,詳細名唔記得,朋友話比佢想像中略甜。四色pizza,賣相一般,唔夠芝士,餅底偏脆口,我個人喜歡煙韌嘅批底,附上嘅蜜糖係非常普通嘅什牌貨。整體黎講說不上好食。冬陰公大蝦天使面,一向唔太愛天使面,但照試,果然,面質都係太軟了。但味道好好,清新,冬陰公味濃,蝦頭炸得好脆,我成隻連殼都食埋! 蝦肉比左朋友食,所以評唔到。限座90分鐘,夠鐘,侍應會叫我哋埋單先,但就無催我哋走。環境其實唔錯,但性價比唔高。…Read More

之前訂過呢間,經常爆滿,今次幫媽咪慶生,提早1個多月訂座,好誇張!  預訂時會問你要唔要訂片皮鴨,一隻定半隻,當時只得4人,所以只點了半隻。正日去到多了一人,即場改訂一隻,要多等~50分鐘,照等! 途中點了以下點心/小菜︰1. 叉燒包 - 包質正常,有一個包面有倒汗水,減分。餡料正常發揮,無乜特別2. 蝦餃 - 餃皮有口感,餡料正常3. 粉果 - 餡料好新鮮,花生仍脆口4. 燒賣 - 正常5. 叉燒 - 都係正常,我個人鐘意沙田圍間叉燒大皇多啲... 唔知係咪食開重口味 6. 順德魚餅 - 最唔好食嘅一道菜,似係自家手打,未夠彈牙,煎得唔夠香口,臘腸太大粒,硬牙,唔推介主角終於出場啦,廚師片了三分唔同部位嘅鴨皮同鴨肉,第一道係最肥美嘅,廚師話沾砂糖淨拍,唔使薄餅皮。但我就認為沾砂糖夾薄餅係最佳組合,因為鴨油+澱粉質係最夾架嘛,加埋砂糖就perfect match,就好似鮮油多必定加糖食嘅定律一樣!!第二道係帶少許肉少許肥膏嘅皮,而第三道係淨肉,講真片皮鴨嘅鴨始終無燒鴨咁醃過,淨肉係無咁好食嘅,所以我會兩款夾埋一齊包薄餅皮+海鮮醬食。最後係甜品,想點果兩樣都無,結果就求奇點:1)紅棗軟蛋糕配烏龍茶雪糕2)焗鳳梨山楂酥兩款都不過不失,但驚喜唔大…Read More

星期五晚,諗住即興去土瓜灣間地中海餐廳Lamees食飯,當然係FULL BOOKING,轉陣過了九龍城,呢一間係我之前經過,好想試下嘅印度咖哩。兩個人,點了一個前菜,兩個咖哩,兩個烤餅,一杯飲品,埋單$312,抵食!前菜係印度脆球餅 - 餡料似係一啲薯仔+煮淋左嘅豆豆,menu上寫個汁有羅望子,好期待,但食落無乜羅望子味,配合個脆球都還可以嘅,但唔推介。反而下次想試佢嘅咖哩角。印度香料羊肉咖哩 - 上菜時,果咖哩唔夠熱,有點失望,個汁就一般,的確係香料味重嘅咖哩,唔辣。蕃茄牛油咖哩 (配芝士) - 叫左個香料重嘅,就諗住要個帶酸的咖哩中和下,唔使咁膩。呢個咖哩等左好耐,侍應不時眼望望我哋,之後更主動走埋黎問我哋滿唔滿意食物,原來佢一直唔記得仲有一碟菜未上,只懂講英文嘅侍應仲好堅定咁「問」我係咪叫左masala chicken,我話唔係,佢先去再check單,之後離遠比左個「收到」嘅眼神我,再等左~10分鐘,終於上菜啦!  熱辣辣,特別好味,餡料其實係masala chicken,一粒芝士都無.... 我都無再要求了,因為其實蕃茄咖哩又真係好好味,雞肉都好食!另外,點了兩款烤餅︰ROTI 同 NAAN,兩款都好好食,ROTI面粉味好香,NAAN嘅質地煙韌,大愛!飲品係mango lassi,正常發揮,唔似粉開聽隔離枱的三位男仔講,佢個印度香飯係必食菜,下次再黎可以一試!…Read More

諗緊食咩好嘅時候,見到有人排隊,而朋友又未到,所以唔理咁多照排原來係成日見到嘅NINETY'S,之前都一直想試,呢日去食仲係試業中,但見裝修幾精緻,所以繼續排隊。佢有Day Menu提供,但我哋見佢果BRUNCH BOARD幾得意,所以就點了兩個,加一枝自家品牌啤酒,加一杯cold brewNinety's Coffee Bear (Choco) - 無乜氣,無乜泡,酒味唔濃,朱古力味都咖啡味都幾重,味道可以的,我就喜歡多點泡,順口啲。Cold Brew - 正常。但Cold Brew唔係唔會加冰嘅咩..........同朋友點了唔同組合,可以一一點評1. 波士頓龍蝦 +$78 - 半隻上,賣相唔錯,肉質彈牙,龍蝦味一般啦,但多膏。由於張枱比較細、坐位亦逼夾,食嘅時候有點兒麻煩。2. 酒味雞脾 (正名唔記得) - 唔掂,酒味好苦,唔香,肉質好似煲完湯嘅肉咁3. 外賣例牌獅頭鵝一份($74)加一份醉鵝肝($12x),加兩小份酸菜白蘿蔔($3@)諗緊買咩嘅時候,有位店員叔叔有在門外同我哋推介。本身想嗌鵝肝但又伯太膩食唔曬,問叔叔可以點處置,佢就話兩個人無可能食唔曬,有些熟客一個人黎買都食曬。之後佢都繼續講解返如果真係認為食唔完,就應該食幾多攞幾多件出黎,用酒汁淋返熱就食得。返到屋企仲未夠鐘食飯,所以放左兩盒嘢入雪櫃,大約2小時左右啦,就開始預備晚餐。舖頭原先話獅頭鵝不用翻熱,只需叮熱啲鵝汁倒落去,室溫食最好。但因為我雪過入雪櫃,所以我都係咁兒溫大滾水蒸左佢3/4分鐘,之後再倒返啲鵝汁上去,肉質依然好好,一點都唔韌,鵝味還可以,唔會太肥,連皮連肉食好香,另外鵝汁亦唔會死咸。一份例牌有4~5件全肉,再加10~12件左右嘅骨連肉,我自己認為合理。醉鵝肝,開頭以為食吾埋,就淨係拎左3片完整嘅出黎淋上酒汁,好好味喎,呢幾片無根,好滑,好甘香,個汁都好正,我哋特登整左啲蒟蒻面黎撈,超。級。正。 當然最終都整埋餘下幾塊黎食,部份有根,但愈食愈想食最後就講埋啲配菜,酸菜雖然係幾爽脆嘅但有陣唔知咩味,所以唔啱口味,白蘿蔔就好食好多。整體黎講我覺得呢間嘅滷水係好味嘅,經過會再買。…Read More

復活節的第4日假期,下午3點半左右到達商場,以為這個時間實唔使等位,點知門外已排了人龍。。。店外有兩條人龍,一條排Dine In 另一條則排Take Away。有一位帶位員,負責兩條隊的人流,每位人客他都要引領去量體溫和講解點餐安排,我諗佢都幾攰下等了接近40分鐘吧,終於有位了,被安排坐Counter枱前面的二人小桌,與鄰座相隔有點近。我倆點了兩份主食 + 兩杯咖啡 + 一個蛋tart1. Scrambled Crab Toast上菜時已聞到陣陣蟹肉味,用料亦相當豐富,我諗呢度有3隻蛋嘅蛋白,蛋白中有不少嘅蟹肉,面頭灑了幾塊炸乾蔥,吃下去很爽口。伴菜的還有一大半個牛油果,熟度剛剛好!   這個價錢絕對無渣流灘呀!  怪不得我哋附近幾枱都點了這個主食,值得推介。2. Egg Benedict這個egg benedict沒有用上傳統的Hollandaise sauce, 反而換上了自家製的綠色牛油果醬,我對這個不太喜愛,醬汁太過青草味,牛油果質感不明顯。個水波蛋做得錯嘅,但蛋黃唔夠香。我就唔推介啦。3. Flat White + Canned Coffee No 18Flat White 中規中距,咖啡味都幾香,好飲過Blooms。友人在cashier聽到前面客人可以選擇用何種豆製作Flat White,話唔知係咪會員先有這個服務??罐咖啡有驚喜喎,入口有陣莓味,好順口,好似話係有另外幾隻口味,分別用上不同的咖啡豆。4. 蛋Tart呢個好味道呀,不會太甜,但焦糖味夠。我哋食完一個唔夠喉,再嗌多一個食。提一提,餐廳的食水是自助的,有分有汽和無汽的。水機上提示,如果客人點了espresso就建議飲有汽的水,有點小窩心。用餐限時1.5小時,基本是夠食的。香港地,要搵間無限時而咖啡好飲、主食好食嘅cafe都應該幾難.....…Read More

前排响西貢舖食過一次,那次太夜,雞脾售罄,但最後點了什麼都唔記得了,因為係。好。難。食。。。解釋原因前,要講少少前因後果比大家聽。。。話說我哋前幾個號碼嘅三位食客好像等了很久,聽佢哋講等左有成45分鐘,同工作人員講話唔要了退錢。咁工作人員都十分唔好意思應要求退了錢。另一邊廂呢counter就有一個號碼叫左好耐都無人攞,我立下眼見到個工作人員好似攞左果份無人要嘅比另一個食客,我心諗:拿我寧願等耐少少你都唔好比果份擺到凍嘅嘢食比我。可惜好快就嗌我哋個號碼啦,即刻開黎食,唔熱嘅又唔新鮮。我估計我哋都係被派左果份無人要嘅嘢囉!炸物擺耐左會淋係常識吧,有無可能仲比其他客食呀雖然果下嬲左但“惜”食嘅我哋都打算比多次機會佢,前幾日就去左太子舖再買外賣,今次點了巨型咸蛋黃脾。返到沙田用了airfryer 200度叮了2分鐘,塊雞皮係好脆嘅,咸蛋黃醬都ok啦,推得幾滑嘅。食到入肉近骨嘅位置時開始發現肉質有點怪,望一望,頂! 粉紅色架! 生雞肉我唔得囉,太嬲無影相比大家睇。仲有成7成嘅肉未食,無謂浪費,所以隊左入airfryer 160度再叮左成8分鐘,可惜太厚肉,都唔掂,最後切開曬佢再焗佢10分鐘。終於熟曬,但原先脆脆嘅雞皮都變了質,唔好食了。朋友仲替佢講好說話,話間舖啱啱開,可能油溫未夠熱blablabla...但我覺得打開門口做生意嘅,這個不是借口,更何況宜家係比一隻生嘅雞脾喎,唔單止係味道嘅問題,係食物衛生嘅問題,唔係仲有得求情呀嘛!店主要認真留意各分店員工嘅質素,食物衛生,烹調技巧,同埋食材嘅選取啦,唔好做壞個名啦 (雖然我唔會再食)!!!…Read More

次次黎食必叫豬招牌豬骨濃湯金邊粉配龍眼水。湯底好香,呈淺啡色,有少少似肉骨茶嘅味道。配料試過豬頸肉(近排好似無左),泰式牛丸豬肉丸,都好好味,充滿住泰國風情。湯面會有幾粒辣豬皮,非常正,但近來好似愈來愈細粒同碎,如老闆娘睇到嘅話請留意一下。分量偏細,一般女士就夠,男士可能要食多少少小食。龍眼水係一枝枝嘅,好多乾龍眼肉,又唔太甜,黎襯一定嗌,食完咁濃味嘅湯,飲埋佢就perfect!…Read More
